(1412) Two Prisci

Fionn heard a little of the conversation as he approached.
Snatches of words carried to his ears,Reeve, Prisci.
Fionn noticed that there was man escorting a most exotic looking woman.
Well old boy, Prisci sounds like 2 of them lead families. The elegant man sure looks like he'd be one. The exotic woman looks like a stranger to the court. She seems to be talking mostly to a petite redhead. That must be the other Priscus. By elimination the other man must be the Reeve.

Fionn was working out who the people in the group were when the elegant man turned and spoke to him.

He must have eyes in the back of his head. Better watch yourself with this one.
Fionn was a little taken aback but rallied quickly.

"Good evening, I hope I'm not intruding on an important conversation. Forgive me but do I have the honour of addressing the Head of the Daeva family?"

Fionn's right hand started to extend towards the Daeva, unsure if a handshake was appropriate.
Hand floating for a few heartbeats before Fionn covered by fiddling with his left cufflink.

"Good bye Mister Roth," he waved to the Gangrel as he departed.

This Masked newcomer knew who he was. News certainly traveled fast within Sacramento. The Toreador extended his hand, gripping the unknown Kindred's hand firmly and shaking. "That you do." Juan replied the to man.

Stating his title within such mixed company. "I am Priscus Cordoba," and released his grip. "Who may you be?"

Another Daeva made his appearance. Juan smiled to his Clanmate. "Good evening Mister Black."

Priscus and a Daeva. Watch him, watch him closely. First hint of a smile run. Unless you want to become his boot boy.

Fionn was surprised when the Priscus took his hand and shook it.
Fionn returned a firm grip, a manly grip but not a crushing one.
Pumping the hand slowly, the tension bleeding out of him with every bounce until at last releasing it.

The Irish are known for their roguish charm. You can be polite without being overly formal. Shake his hand, smile and be friendly.

"Good evening Priscus Cordoba" Fionn gently thumped his right fist over his heart and gave a deep bow of respect.

"My name is McAlister, Fionn McAlister. I have only recently arrived in the city, have only been Acknowledged a few nights ago. This is my first appearance at court. I wanted to compliment you on your most excellent suit. I wish I had your tailor. Forgive me if I'm a little vulgar but could you introduce me to the others present. I don't want to harass them one by one to get to know them or to be so rude as to snub any by not doing so."

Richard's float through court ended gracefully as he stepped into the company of the newly appointed leader of his family. With him stood a man that he has never seen before, most likely another new blood in the city. Sacramento continually proved itself to be a mecca of sorts with constant additions to the domain being added monthly. What he did notice was the distinct lack of a reaction from his beast, it was a bit unsettling for him. Here was a new kindred that he could sense no beast from what so ever, in truth Richard was starting to loath the practice of some vampires who hid there beast behind such mask. To him, it seemed rather unnatural. That was until he felt the sudden jerk of the beast realing its chain to its greatest length to avoid Juan himself.

Richard presses both hands down over his coat elegantly to calm his nerves and proceeded into dialog's dance. "Priscus Cordoba, a pleasure." he says with a stout nod of his head. He turns his attention to the new face and offers him an equally polite greeting, "Hello Mr. McAlister, Richard Black nice to meet you." he says while offering his hand to the man.

"I hope I'm not interrupting. I wanted to have a word with you in private when you have the time to spare but i'd rather not steal you from Mr. McAlister here. Shall we exchange contact information so that we can set up a more appropriate time? "

Tracy turned as the Reeve and the other Gangrel approached. Her Beast riled up in defiance once more at the presence of the other predators, but she yanked on the chain that held the animal in place, making certain that it was reminded of who was in charge. "Good evening Reeve Wooding," she said in greeting to the Shadow. "Ms. Yoon-ji." She offered the newcomer a quick nod.

As two other Kindred approached, her Beast let out another guttural snarl, urging her to destroy the intruders. However, the petite redhead simply offered them a smile before turning her attention to the Priscus of the Daeva. "Seems like you've got some business to handle," she said to him, offering him a quick wink. "Perhaps we'll catch up when we are less busy."

With those words, she turned her attention back to the Reeve and the new Gangrel. "Would you join me?" she asked the two of them with an inviting smile before turning to walk away from Juan and the other Kindred.

Yoon-ji remains quiet, attentive to her surroundings. Her eyes move, darting to each of the arrivals, the concealed beast elicited a sniff from her nose as if trying to scent fear cloaked under the veil of shadows.

Nothing. It bothered her as much as the harmless smile. Something to watch for.

Then the innocent looking redhead asks them to follow her. It seemed her Priscus had a reasonable offer to which she decided to comply.

”Enjoy your evening!” She nods and departs while smiling, apparently to no one in particular and follows after Tracy Burns.

Fionn watched as the crowd thinned by the departure of the others.

Turning to @Richard Black, seeing the outstretched hand Fionn gives it a manly grip and a warm handshake, pumping the hand in a friendly fashion.

"Good evening Mister Black, I hope your evening is going well. I do hope I wasn't the cause of that sudden departure. I can see you want to discuss family matters so I won't linger. Allow me to present my card and I will leave you to discuss matters with your Priscus."
Fionn reached into his jacket pocket taking out a small metal card case, opening it and presenting a business card with Frank Maloney, Private Investigator, discretion assured. on the back is written in a clear hand Fionn McAlister [Mobile Number]
Handing one to @Richard Black and Juan Cordoba .

"By your leave Priscus Cordoba, I know how important family is. I shall leave you gentlemen to your business."

Bowing to both men before departing.

Chris nods Konrad goodbye, but before he can say anything more Kindred join the group. And all the while, Tracy's answer is most important in this case. She's the Priscus he wants to see. It's almost fortunate that Juan seems to have someone to give his attention to. Or two, as Richard Black approaches them as well.

Apparently the other Priscus and that Reeve here don't need to be greeted. Ah well.

It gives Chris the chance to quickly follow the two Gangrel. He nods to agree with Tracy, then he smiles to Juan. 'Have a good evening Priscus Cordoba.'

Then the Mekhet steps away.
