Open Mic at the Temple

[Hildegarde Bingen]

Music: Hildegarde could appreciate Classical and opera. Punk was a movement she was only dimly aware of. She knew nothing of current trends in pop music.

"I must confess I know nothing of current err... pop... music. I much prefer opera and classical?" How the sentence transmuted into a question is unknown. For a moment the Lord seemed to be second guessing herself.

She imbibed tea.

"Perhaps we should go and expand our horizons. Explore the local music scene..." Hildegarde moistened her lips with a careful look. "...for sport?"

"I will sincerely consider your offer. Have you enjoyed tonight's performances?" Claire replies as she explores her tea further. She's reluctant to commit to an entire evening with Hildegarde before she can determine whether she could stay poised the entire time, but she tries not to let it show.

[Brenn Lawrence]

"Oh hush, or you'll make me blush. Which is not a pretty sight, I warn you," Brenn said, clomping over to Martha and Michael's table. "I enjoyed the...panflute, was it? I'm not familiar with the instrument. How'd you pick it up, if you don't mind my asking," Brenn continued, taking a seat and gesturing at Michael's flute. "Similarly, I didn't know you sang, Martha. I'm sorry I missed it. Parking was difficult to find. Seems this is a rather busy place."
