(The Abandoned) A Quick Briefing

[Dillon Connery]

Dillon nods as things seem to be meshing well enough now, without his supervision. Besides the busy schedule, and other matters that need his personal attention, there is a particular reason why his direction is only being applied with a very light hand, for now.

He wants to identify who his team players are, and who his showboaters are. Both have their uses, once singled out.

”Alright,” he announces with a quiet clap. ”Sounds like you’re all getting closer to a starting point. Keep me informed of your progress, and check in via text message as much as is relevant.”

Hazel eyes glance to everyone else in the group. ”Are there any specific questions for me before I go?”

His mood is meant to more or less support Alice's galvanization of the forces, as it were. He does have other places to be, but he isn't about to rush anyone into making mistakes.

Kassidy shook his head, not wanting to delay anything further. It seemed like this was a good team for getting into the house. Hopefully clues will come up while they're in it.

[Michael Redfill]

Michael bows his head slightly to the Reeve:

"I think we are fine. I just wish we could stock up on Vitae, but it's not winter. Far too little time to feed, do our job and head back."

Before leaving he adds:

"We'll keep you informed."

Then Redfill heads out addressing Daniella on the way:

"If you don't have a vehicle, you can ride with us. And it may be a good idea not to drive too many cars there."

He had seriously contemplated using a cheap rental, but there was some chance that they would be chasing somebody, and he'd rather be driving something fast. Plus he has bought insurance against literally anything short of a nuclear blast.

End scene, start another? I suggest fast-forwarding to the Ghouls' house.
