Terri smiles, glad to have helped and gives both men a friendly wave as they exit the shop. She was also quite excited; finally it seemed Fairweather was about to become the focus of the the Freehold's ire.
Rook gave Terri a little nod.
"I'll look forwards to hearing from you," he said quietly, his expression blank steel.
The Metalflesh walked out. He could almost feel the weight of the Board resting on his shoulders, the coming battle whispering to the part of him that would always live for nothing else but the clash of two sides against each other, and the scream of metal against metal.
And the silence.
