Congratulations, I've just rolled Initiative for you! Since this thread has been moving a tad slow I've decided to pick up the pace with a 24 hour waiting limit.
Those who are unable to post within that time will be ghosted for time efficiency.

"Aww, think you're too good for me, slimeball?" mutters the girl, which everyone manages to hear, her tone full of vehemence. They can see her reaching in her bookbag at her feet, the flash of steel as she reveals a gun from its hiding place. It's happening too fast, the motion of a skilled hand as she shoves the silenced pistol to point at Miach's lap. She only fires once but she knows where to do the most damage. The shot goes off, a sharp muffled noise that is accompanied by the sound of splintering wood as Miach's chair is punctured in the same instant. People sitting at the same table with the girl stand up, some of them falling backwards onto the floor with shock on their expressions. The noise is enough where the moderate sounds of conversation dies down in a tense silence save for the music playing overhead.
B turns as well at the sound, away from Reverb, a horrified look on his face as it suddenly grows pale, "Fuck!"
Miach must roll Resolve+Composure-5 not to pass out from shock

Before passing out in blissfull and painless darkness, the only thought that had time to cross Miach's mind was Wha... AAAAHHHH !.

Kim immediately reaches for her own Glock waiting under her coat,leveling it and firing as soon as she is able at the prior shooter's chest, putting her utmost effort into taking the assailant down.

Princess, you do not have Quick Draw, (Nor are you normally packing....) because drawing a weapon is an instant action and you only get one action a turn.
Reverb's eyes bulge as Micah gets shot and Kim reaches into her jacket. The young mage then decides he doesn't want ringside seats to a possible gun fight. "GUN! Run!" he shoves B's shoulder, trying to get him moving with him away from all the zipping, deadly bullets.

Mr. Rossi turns immediatly toward the gun shot, and he realises Miach is down, he tries to grab him, to avoid he falls in a much worse way;
As he leans toward the red haired doctor trying desperately to grab him, he redies himself to cast a spell.

Idun's focus goes straight to where the blood is coming out. She mentally curses as she takes in the area and how to begin treating said injury. "Miach! Lower those pants! NOW!" She shouts at the panicking man.
"Get me as many napkins as you can!" Idun goes on to order the nearest person as well.Idun has reached her word limit for the combat turn

Lone, your dice pool for Rossi should have been 4 with WP. As such I'll remove the last 3 dice from your roll, resulting in 1sux. Idun successfully diagnoses Miach's Shock symptoms and the risk of Blood Loss from his dorsal penile artery, likely requiring surgery to mend repairs. For the next minute (20 turns) Idun must continue to perform her action of healing wounds, staunching the wound to limit blood loss, or Miach's condition will not stabilize. Miach falls unconscious from shock under the wild-eyed gaze of the female shooter. Instinctively Dark Eyes reaches for her gun to fend off the attacker while both Rossi & Idun move to their fallen comrade. Rossi grabs hold of him while Idun glances over the fresh wound that is already growing bright red, staining his torn pants with blood. It is a horrific moment certainly.
In the surrounding crowd the realization sets in as to what is happening. A woman holding a gun has shot a man next to her and another woman reaches for her own weapon. A panic sets in and screams are heard. People begin to scramble to get away from the row of tables towards the exits. Some simply flatten themselves on the floor to avoid being shot at what is assumed to be either a gang fight or robbery. The barista at the counter reaches for the phone presumably to call the police. A tall mailman who had come inside only moments ago holding a satchel begins yelling for people near the exit to get out of the building, covering them with his own body selflessly.
The look of satisfaction on the gun-wielder's face as she stands is short lived as she sees Dark Eyes move for her own gun. "Want some of this, bitch?!" she screams and runs towards a line of shelves nearby for cover. Once partially behind the shelves she steadies her gun once more, aiming it at the greatest threat, Dark Eyes.The figure known as B nods his understanding as Reverb allows himself to be pushed out towards the exit, or at least out of the line of fire. "Shit, shit, shit!" he laments, distraught at their predicament.
