Spartan nodded his head, very pleased with the situation. "Very Good Everyone. Let us return to the Hollow and celebrate our victory." Spartan had no fear of the beast returning. To be honest, he hoped it would, the sooner it returned, the sooner he could mount its head on a spike. But that will be another day.
Spartan lead the warriors back to the Hollow. Pride filling his normally angry and stoic face.
"What a monster." Serreth said with a mixture of relief and awe.
Serreth lingered a moment, studying the wreckage of the beast's failed attack. He noted how it had moved as it burst through the thorns, how it had tried to debilitate it's opponents with a sweeping area attack and of where it had suffered significant damage. As the group returned to the hollow he was already formulating his notes in his head to write down later.
diCarto shook his head in reply. "If anybody often gets a chance to fight gigantic death creatures from the Hedge..." He trailed off, grinning as the adrenaline came down a bit. "I'm okay." A thankful sigh.
Falling into line behind Spartan, the lawyer said to Lou, "I think it's time for a drink."
