The redheaded Gangrel doesn't know what the Mekhet is actually up to, but he had told the Reeve that he was going to use some trick that would make it easy to follow the woman. Whatever that trick was, hopefully it would be somewhat helpful. She keeps her bike running and watches as the girl runs, debating on what she should do next.
Orders were to release her if she was alone, and she seems to be alone. Who could she know out here? Most of her people probably died in the fire anyway...

David follows the woman, seeing what she sees, taking careful note of her location, and who she contacts.
He does not feel a light buzzing on his chest.
The woman disappears off into the Distance. As she does David does not see anything out of the ordinary.
