ResourcesOtto took the business card in hand, skimmed the words on it, and nodded before tucking it into his breast pocket. "I don't carry cards." He confessed. Despite the perception of Ventrue as obsessed with temporal matters, he'd seen keeping a business card as an unnecessary risk. "I will be certain to contact you shortly, however."
The Reeve pulled out his smartphone and scrolled through his texts to make sure he wasn't missing anything urgent. After a cursory glance he stooped closer to the graffiti'd Clan symbols. "I suppose we'll need some soap and water." He said in a voice without mirth.
OOC: Sorry for a delayed response, I don't really have anything at this point. New thread?

ProteanA quiet smile crossed Diana's lips.
"I can respect that."
She didn't press the matter. If the Reeve preferred to keep his footprint small, there was wisdom in it. Business cards, receipts, scribbled notes—mortals thought nothing of them until someone began asking the right questions.
Following his gaze back to the symbols, she crouched once more beside the wall. Her fingertips brushed the drying paint again before she stood.
"Soap and water should be enough." She glanced toward the mouth of the alley before looking back to Otto. "I'll take care of it." Better to have it disappear tonight than greet the sunrise.
There was a brief pause as her eyes lingered on the graffiti one last time.
"Still..." she murmured, more thoughtfully than before. "Whoever did this wasn't concerned with permanence. They were concerned with being seen."
She folded her arms loosely across her chest.
"If this was intended as communication, then removing it only concludes this chapter. It doesn't prevent the next message from appearing somewhere else."
A faint grin returned, though there was little humor behind it.
"I'll keep an eye open during my travels. Gyms, parks, hiking trails... people tend to overlook those places when they're thinking about Kindred business. If our artist has developed a habit, habits have a way of revealing themselves."
She inclined her head respectfully.
"And if I find anything, you'll be the first to know." She moved off and came back minutes later with a a cup of soapy water and a stained rag she got off a better for 20 bucks. She cleaned off the message and made her way back to her haven.
Good to close her and continue on.
