Eternal court was an idea established by West and Fractured that there would be an ongoing Sticky Thread where newcomers could go to be acknowledged and Kindred Business could be conducted.[1]

The idea is based on the thread not being a singular event, but a compression of the comings and goings of Kindred within Elysium throughout the nights. As such, EC is also never truly empty; where it be the 'faceless massess' of Kindred beneath notice, ghouls, or even officials in their offices.
Entering EC is tacit acknowledgement that all weapons have been surrendered unless the character is allowed to carry one. Attempts to bypass the surrender of weapons will require actual in-character roleplay.

I have some advice for the upcoming month. There are open threads up for everyone who is acknowledged and has not been written out for inactivity
This plot is about a Kindred who has shared in Elysium that he was attacked by a Kindred two blocks from Elysium. What would your character think about that?

I suggest posting reliably into Court. Interaction with other characters is very important to keep the venue active.

There are Hunters active in the Domain. They have not disappeared.
I strongly suggest a scene where Kindred discuss this in character. Your character can choose to follow up on this information and can choose to look for Hunters, to establish plans with others and importantly: communication with others in the venue.

You need to take some care in this venue to know the rules of the venue and be aware of where your character is. Bringing weapons into an Elysium is a willful act of disobedience and disrespect towards the Prince. Any Kindred with self preservation would never willfully annoy the Prince- yet they probably should have answered her questions back in April, hm?
I will give you one hand wave that Kylar has the sense not to bring in weapons to Elysium.

However I am not pleased that I am yet again telling you that you need to do something in such a short time. This is the OOC. Post your OOC commentary here, do not clog up the IC thread.

This is for my clarification on the scene and what has happened, but Kylars Stats is showing he has one health box open, so how is he incapacitated? I'm a bit unsure how with an open and clear health box, where did the bashing or lethal come from? Did I miss something? All Cain did was intimidate, unless Hell Hounds got a new power the book isn't telling me about, which would be really neat...lol!

You are right, I confused the rule, he is not incapacitated. But he still did not take an action so it is up to you. Sorry for the confusion.

I ruled that Kylar was torpored. It's important for writers to read the rules for their venue. It's important to understand their own skill sets, character and dice rolls. I will not continue to clear away mistakes.
Kylar will remain Torpored throughout June.
I intend for ragnarokxg to read the site rules, vampire rules and inform me on his character sheet if he wishes to return to Vampire with Kylar.
