"As you wish then." Moving herself over to the remains, grabbing her tools and starting to go over them, beginning with the clothes. "If I would have had access to proper facilities likely, but with this much decay, uncertainty of what is actually standard thanks to it not being the remains of a Kine, and improper handling of the remains from their original spot not exactly having been gentile I will have to see. Will do my best but cannot give any guarantees." Taking out a pair of plastic glasses, and sharpening her sense of sight to be able to look upon the remains more closely. "Lets start with the clothes, whilst they do not hold up perfectly and second hand damage can occur so can we perhaps find something there." Grabbing some tools to be able to gently move them around whilst motioning for him to lightly prop her up to the side after being done to be able to inspect her back, before moving over to start looking upon the remains for external damages focusing her attention towards the head and chest area from both up front and behind alike, trying to find damages not caused by the decay or moving of the body before moving onward to give her as full of an inspection as possible whilst mumbling various words about the process in the meantime.

Alicia studying the crime scene has noted that time would make things more difficult. The scene would have yielded more if it had been looked at earlier. Now, she notes that the corpse has progressed and yields what most would: decomposition. The clothing was high end luxury dress and quality dress shoes. Alicia would not that there was dirt present on the clothing and shoes. The tag reveals that the dress could likely be checked for how much it would cost. It does not appear to be second hand.

One would remember that there had been an item found at the scene with the body.

Alicia is looking to find damages not caused by the decay or moving the body - are you meaning wounds to the body? Clarify this for me, please.

Otto stared impassively as Alicia examined the body. He didn't want to distract from the process, though he did quietly chime in with a small tidbit he thought might be relevant. "There was a bracelet when she was found, gold. I believe the Prince took custody of it at the time." This was the extent of his help, for the time being.

The time ticks on. The body continues to lay inert, giving up no clue to the casual observation.

Was it time to take another tack or should the population of the Domain be contacted about missing kindred?

Alicia's phone buzzes. She makes an excuse and departs the scene.

Hellfire. Otto fumed as Alicia left, no closer to learning more about their deceased Kindred than when they had begun the endeavor. Once he was truly certain that there was no longer anyone else in Moore House, the Priest began the toilsome task of disposing of the body - at least temporarily.

Kindred didn't have funerals, there was seldom enough left to bury. Still, Moore House was once a church and there were a few mausoleums that were forgotten by living memory. So with great effort and use of Vigor, the Reeve dragged the rotting mass through the churchyard towards the ancient stone, noting that he'd likely spend the rest of the evening scrubbing the church's floors.

At the end of the journey, Otto simply let the husk lay at the center of the tomb. As convenient as it would be try to replace the mortal remains already entombed, the Priest couldn't bring himself to disturb them. The dead deserve their rest, sinner or saint. Only those Damned to the Requiem by God's will should be denied that much.

He would have to try something different to learn the truth.

Sorry for the somewhat lengthy post. I intend to have Otto make some unannounced visits to NPC Kindred. Given that this thread is overdue, I thought it was better to wrap up and start a new one.
