Pot Luck or Lose?

Mina just couldn’t settle on a place she liked to rent out for a Spring party, so she went with the Tavern. Which was fine, just meant they didn’t have to tone their talk down, or, well, anything!

So she put up info on the Freehold Board to let people know when, where and what time. And that it was a pot luck, so they could bring something if they wanted to, didn’t have to be homemade, so low presh.

The bar was, of course, fully stocked and she had looked up some recipes for some Spring inspired cocktails, keeping with the season and theme. Cause she read somewhere that it was a good idea. Fingers crossed.

Cooking was not her thing, so she ordered some cheeseburger bacon sliders, as well as a ham and brought those. But she did make some strawberry cheesecake cupcakes, those she could make.

And arraigned them on a table she had pulled out and put plates, napkins and all that good stuff.

Other tables had been setup for games! A few different ones too! There was poker complete with chips. There was Seven Wonders, she specifically went and found this one and read up on the rules. And then there were some fun party games.

So this was pretty much a game night for the Freehold! A chance to come and have fun, eat some food, drink a bit and just have a good time!

Sonnie arrived, because this was her Joyeux's first event so of course she was here to support it! She was dressed far more casually than at the Coronation. Just baggy blue jeans, a green hoodie and her hedgespun boots.

More importantly, this being a pot luck, she brought food! More precisely, the Spring Queen brought potstickers! Lots of potstickers! Because everyone loves potstickers!! In fact, she brought three large to-go boxes full of them: one pork, one chicken, and one veggie!

"HilloooOOOoooOOOoooOOOooo!" she greeted the Elemental! "I arrive bearing gifts! Delicious gifts! Where shall I stick them?"
