Valentine's Day Game Night

The setting was Galaxy Game Cafe. Liam had visited this same night one week ago and reported that it would be intriguing. A cozy game was promised with sweet treats. With the current events, Jennifer was curious if there would be others in attendance. Jennifer wore something far out of her usual style going for soft pink and neutrals with patterned pants. Care had been taken to wear a flesh colored scarf adhered to her shoulder and a patterned silk scarf tied jauntily over that scarf. Jennifer imagined that this outfit would fit more in line with the age group that she was impersonating. Jennifer wore her dark brown hair in romantic curls with a brown velvet bow. Jennifer wore only one ring tonight, the brown and white diamond ring.

Jennifer moved in flush with Blush and anticipating sampling some of the offered sweet treats.

Dressed rather simply , not expecting to run into anyone she would recognize in a place like this. Not really having seen anyone of note in the places she had visited since her old board game place had closed down far to quickly after her arrival within the city.

False life flushing through her veins as purple eyes scans the area, with her purple lips parting for a moment at the sight of the Seneschal, in truth her being perhaps the last woman she had expected to see at a place like this. But she had surprised her more than once as of late.

Taking a minute to just walk around with small smiles aimed towards the various patrons giving ample chance for her to be spotted before moving over towards the treats with her almost signature scent of soft warm earthy vanilla around her whilst fidgeting with her wedding ring. Not speaking a word or offering more than a passing glance at her fellow Kindred, leaving that choice on her, not wanting to interrupt should her presence be unwanted.

Jennifer was looking over the glossy print out of the night. Quite a few games were put out, such as Coup and Ticket to Ride. There were games that Jennifer was unfamiliar with. Jennifer was walking by the table where the organizer was indicating different games.

There were 6 tables set up with the games already laid out. Jennifer was inspecting one of the demonstration boxes for the game night when she felt the Beast react to a different Beast.

With the current state of the Domain, Jennifer was cautious as she looked around the room. Noticing the Daeva, Jennifer paused her evaluation.

Jennifer looks at Alicia to see what the reaction would be.

Meeting the look for but a moment before slowly starting to make her way over, making certain to not take a direct path with eyes stopping by at various people on her way over. Overly cautious most certainly but things were tumultuous enough to not add every small extra bit possible.

Giving the Seneschal a soft smile.
"Good evening." Turning her eyes to look over the games for a moment. "They seem to have quite a collection tonight, would you be interested in playing one?"

Jennifer glanced down at the glossy print out of the night. "They offer Carcassonne. Have you played that?" She inquires of Alicia. "I do recall the game. I believe that one could be fun."
The Nosferatu spoke in a calm and lady - like demeanor. Her brown eyes looked over the others in the room briefly. Some pairs of eyes were already focused on the Daeva. Jennifer made a point not to meet their glances. Jennifer moved to the table where Carcassonne was set up and took a seat at the seat laid out with the Blue Player's pieces.

Taking a moment in thought.
"I believe I played that at an event in my teens, so might need to refresh myself on the rules." But from what she could recall it had won some award hence why it was featured, not that she could recall what that award were.

Eyes upon her to common to register, dull ones meant to ignore, simply fidgeting with her wedding ring to ward people off whilst soon following suit after the Seneschal to take a seat corresponding to the green players pieces.
"Would you care to start us out whilst I refresh myself on the rules?" Grabbing the rules to quickly begin refreshing herself on how the game was played.

The two kindred have the opportunity to play the board game. All around, mortals flirt and try their social graces on one another. Clumsy in the presence of a socialite, of course. Yet the evening passes for a few hours. It could give someone time to look over the mortals present to see if anyone might be cultivated.
At the end of the evening, Jennifer bids Alicia a polite good evening.
"Thank you for playing with me." Jennifer states, her Cursed voice slithering and appearing to coil in the few dark spaces of the room.
