Three Kindred were now aware that there was a Kindred who had met their Final Death: Alessandra, Alicia and Otto. The first night had passed with two Kindred aware of being observed by humans, Alessandra being observed by mortal police and directing her Jeep to be dismantled and disposed of and the corpse was relocated to Alessandra's warehouse for safe keeping. Tonight, the Kindred must investigate the identity of the victim and hope that assists in deciding who committed this terrible act. Or it was possible to hit the streets and look for signs of who would have the power and knowledge to carry out the Final Death of a Kindred. What do you do?

It is noted that Helen has not been seen in some time.

The Savage had Gabriel drop her off a couple blocks from the warehouse in a nondescript car.

Dressed once again in head to tow black, the hood of her jacket pulled up covering her face, she walked to the warehouse. She had blushed herself. Tucked under her jacket were her two guns nestled in holsters, fully loaded with two spare clips. A bowie knife tucked into her waist band under her jacket, and a new burner phone in her pocket.

Ever since she woke, she had been going over what info she had. It wasn’t much, and it was irritating to her. Someone had the nerve to do this in her Domain and she was determined to find them and make them pay.

The Ventrue Priscus had been stalking the streets near the warehouse, trying to keep an eye out for both the Prince and any potential clues in the immediate area. He was blushed, a concession to appearing relatively inconspicuous, even if he was mindful of the use of Vitae. Otto was dressed as he usually was, dress suit and tie, save for his breast pocket pin. In the event that there were unfriendly eyes, displaying his Covenant allegiance wasn't a wise decision.

Thankfully, it wasn't long before the Reverend spotted the Prince approaching the warehouse. The shiver down his spine from the Beast urging him to flee as he drew nearer was all the confirmation he needed. He didn't raise his voice to greet her as he approached, though he made a point of noisily clacking his shoes on the pavement to make sure there was no unintended surprise.

He only spoke once he was certain they were close enough that casual eavesdroppers wouldn't pick up on what he said. "Evening. I haven't picked up much, yet. But there's still time to work the streets. I think examining... it is the best option, but I admittedly don't have the strongest skillset for it."

Eyes flying open, instantly checking her surroundings to make sure that she was indeed safe after the slumber of the day. And starting to look that none of her belongings were gone especially not the keycard, before looking to her phone. Hesitating for a moment, about to send off a message as the words that she would be contacted for the meetup runs through her mind, rolling her eyes in a bit of annoyance but keeping calm. She had some new information to share sure but the number of last night had been an unknown one, not a known one, and she had not gotten a response for a reason most likely as such waiting for the only move she really had.

Looking over the keycard, at last feeling safe enough to actually go over it without the risk of eyes upon her. Beginning with looking if there was a clear marker of which of the hotels in the chain they were staying at and comparing it to the picture she had snagged of the mans room key last night for similarities as well as discrepancies. I hope you followed your words cousin, I hope you followed them quickly.

Not wanting to delay for long though, if she could be up and moving so could the one spoken of from two different angles now definitely be beginning to move as well if they were the same. Letting false life flow through her veins as she checks out, and heads for her motorcycle to leave post haste with one finger ready to activate the alarm on her wrist. Heightening her sense of sight and hearing as she scans the path around her, still not sure what that strange sound had been last night.

Taking roundabout turns, not wanting to leave any clear paths to be seen whilst moving closer towards Elysia still making sure to stay quite some distance away, ready to leave if summoned else the information she had gathered needed to be reported in to ease the endeavors of anyone involving themselves with this.

The Gangrel and Ventrue are looking at the bloating corpse that was quickly decomposing. With what Kindred know about Final Death, this suggests that the Kindred has been alive less than thirty years and yet more than one year. It is known the there are three Kindred who fit that description: Mr. Jake, Ms. Sanchez and Ms. Clarke. At first glance, there appear to be no wounds on the arms of the corpse. What do you do to continue the investigation?

Alicia sees a pretty, dark haired woman. As she looks over, Alicia becomes aware that this woman, whose identity is unknown to Alicia, is Kindred. BP 2 The woman is walking on the street towards Elysium.

One should make an investigation roll and describe how you investigate the corpse for clues. Reaching out to other Kindred to check on the movements of possible victims is another idea.

The noise of his shoes wasn’t what gave him away or alerted the Savage. It was the weakness of his Beast that enraged her own that did. Snarls and pacing, demands of blood and flesh from her own, how dare such weakness approach them?! But Ale was having none of it, she wasn’t in the mood, and a quick and violent yank of its chain set it back in its place.

Her head lifted enough for her mouth to be seen, “We move inside.” Was all she said, leading him through the area to her own warehouse then down into the basement area.

Finally, the extra-large hood was lowered, “I don't typically do my own work anymore, though I have men at my disposal who will. If there has been criminal activity, or new people in the city moving around in the shadows or in a manner I have not seen or noted before, they would be able to tell me.” Then a nod, “I figured we might want to examine it, gather what we could to help identify who it is, it would be a good starting point. Then we could be able to retrace where they were and who they were around.”

Looking at the body, “It doesn’t appear to be a Kindred of note. So who have we not seen as of late at Court? There are three who could be this Kindred, who has and who has not been at Court lately?" sure, she could say, but has Otto been paying attention in Court?

Walking to the body, removing the jacket, revealing the two 44 magnums, she knells beside it and studies it more, looking to see if anything stands out. Clothes? Jewelry? Really, anything.

Otto could have sworn, if only for a fraction of a second, that he saw the Prince snarl at him. But even if it had happened, and he wasn't really sure it did, what could he do about it? Pushing the errant thought far to the corners of his mind, he simply nodded at her instructions and followed after her into the warehouse. The Ventrue have the Savage space while she performed her own investigation, not wanting to do anything to get in the way of the Prince. It was both a matter of propriety and practicality; he really knew very little about examining dead bodies.

When it was his turn to make observations, he stooped low and tried to examine the pallor of the skin. Kindred who weren't feeding Vitae through their veins tended to look very pale, it was true, but this was an unusual situation. Most Kindred who were truly 'dead' didn't have much skin to examine to begin with. Plus, while he was no expert, even the dead skin of a Vampire had variations that could help an observer determine individual differences.

Alessandra examined the corpse that was decaying further in the time that had passed. Decomposition was setting in. The crime scene was rapidly changing from how the deceased Kindred had looked when Alessandra had first come upon it.
The corpse was wearing a midnight blue A -line dress that would look appropriate in Elysium. An examination of the dress showed a cute that suggested that the Kindred would have had a plus size figure. The closer inspection of the left wrist shows a bracelet that was fine jewelry. Although it was harder to notice with the level of decomposition, this Kindred had dark skin.
