Jennifer had arranged for her ghoul to meet with Priscus Otto Schneider, taking care that he arrived clean of any supernatural ties. Even his phone, the account opened six months ago, listed her as Aunt J and would call the burner phone that she had on her possession tonight. Jennifer was parked in a shadowed area of a closed business, within her older model Toyota Avalon. She was dressed in her college student persona: dressy jeans, close fitting tank top and leather trench coat with reinforced sections, mace canister and running shoes. Her brown hair was blown out and worn loose, her make up applied like the current trend that she had seen on TikTok: light brown eyeshadow, green eyeliner, cream coral lipstick to match her dark brown eyes and pale Irish skin tone. Jennifer was blushed.
Jennifer sat minding her burner phone that Liam would call to report trouble, her laptop on her lap as she did some basic research. She looked outside often, although she did not expect to see much. She had parked out of sight of the building of the meeting. Why wave steak in front of hungry wolves?

One would find that she had parked far enough away from the meeting spot that she did not see any suspicious activity. In the area around Jennifer, she could see a few people walking back and forth to their night time activities. Not a one looked at the older car parked quietly in the shadows.

As Jennifer sits alone in her car, she appreciates the silence. The time to exist while not under constant scrutiny, the ability to be who she is without a performance. Yet she has to remind herself that she is Blushed. While she is outside of the private Kindred Havens and Elysiums, she does need to perform the act of pretending to be Kine. To be one of the members of the Well.

Jennifer checked her burner phone and notes that Liam appears to be well.
The Nosferatu looks out of the windows for a moment, turning her head to check the driver's side, windshield and rear-view mirror to determine if anyone was nearby.

Jennifer is unaware of unusual activity outside of her vehicle. As far as she knows, all is well.

Jennifer discovers that the Neighborhood Watch has been positively written up in the Sacramento Bee. Several denizens enjoy the safer area and brightly lit area. Although there is an opinion of how the light will affect Sacramento. This is a night life city, and an environmental impact study should be conducted on how this would affect the night life.
Jennifer makes a note in her word pad about an environmental study and that there are people who are detractors to the neighborhood watch. She notes that there are not many social media to digest - much of the information are contacts and an invitation to a standing meeting at a local hotel. This is likely the meeting that Otto and Liam are currently attending.

In researching the kidnapping - Jennifer finds three write ups regarding the teenagers who died in the park. Much of the articles were information of the victims. Jennifer could see that all of this information lined up with the issue that the Gangrel members of the Domain had looped her into. There appeared to be no new kidnappings in the City.

Jennifer considered the information that she had found. It was good for the Kindred that there were some detractors to the changes that the Watch was putting into place. Jennifer considered how her mortal orchestra could apply further pressure, politically, on this organization. It would be best for Kindred to continue to not be involved with the group directly. Jennifer considered further investigation and decided to wait to do so until she was in her Haven.

Jennifer looked at her phone. As she had no missed calls from Priscus Schneider or Liam, she must operate with the assumption that the meeting was proceeding according to plan. Jennifer would remain near to the meting site in order to intervene if the two needed help. Jennifer remained as unobtrusive as possible while she remained in her car, parked out of site of the Kimpton Hotel where the meeting with the Neighborhood Watch was taking place.

Jennifer had some concerns about the organization and if there were Hunters operating within the Domain. She knew that she had done all that she could in briefing the Alder Prince. Jennifer would be very curious to hear what Priscus Schneider had uncovered in this next part of his investigation. Her mind was musing over who she could contact in order to continue the investigation. As irritating as it was, the way that some Kindred had ceased to be a driving force in the Domain, it looked as though she and Priscus Schneider were going to be the two to spearhead this.

Her dissatisfaction over this fact made her consider what she would be doing to educate on the fact that Kindred were expected to make themselves available to assist in investigations. Although... she did think that she had the appropriate skill set to assist.
Jennifer remains near the ongoing meeting, prepared to render aid if needed.
