You waving the Ancient and impactful item is not enough to disperse the spirit. It would be more effective with a religious tie. Something that matters to one of you or reading a religious text would work.
What I noticed was that it seemed not to be forceful and directed.
It needs to continue unabated until the spirit has been exorcised.

I believe that researching the person who was this spirit could help you with reaching the spirit. You have had time.

Letting out a soft harmonious chuckle at the words.
"If it would be that simple so would anyone be able to master what has taken you decades to grasp, and would be an insult to both of you're knowledges and expertise." Knowing how pissed she would be if anyone taught they could grasp her own specialties that simply. "We were and have leads being followed as we speak, however why stumble in darkness around endless sources many whom are false or written by hobbyists who have no deeper understanding than some light insights when we share the same goal?" Softly sighing. "I do am worried though, each subsequent person who posts or ventures there for a rise of something they do not grasp only births more to try it and puts them in danger."

"He has presented knowledge in the field, but that can very likely just come from watching a few antique shows paired with some new age magazines. Not being a particularly spiritual nor religious person myself so do I not dare claim having enough expertise to speak on others connections." No give me a book of formulas any day.

Nodding at Kristen, seeing the issue that indeed had transpired last time if such were the case. Closing her fist and placing it before her own lips with a rapid thinking, mentally going over the process that had transpired, the break, the shift, paired with the tiny insights she had on the matters to begin with before nodding.
"That does make sense."

Stopping up for a moment to push back a look of confusion not wanting to let it show.
"As you wish. You stated the issue with the ritual already, I meant if the Rosary was used incorrectly, which was answered." Shaking her head. "What neighbors do you speak of, the ones living by the park?" Not a bad source but they might have a clearer image already found had Otto done his research properly. "If they knew they should long since have spoken up, if some other neighbors which ones?"

Turning her eyes over them both.
"If those are the recommendations you have for us so will I utilize that. As said we have leads being investigated at the moment, and paths laid out." Flicking to Bela. "I do not wish to see you harmed again, I will speak to my associates about coming with us, until then would you kindly not venture there? Keep calm and do not get yourself in the line of danger, please?"

"Alright. " She does not respond to many of Alicia's words.
"I am going to go address something important, as I am unsure about what you have done. Lots of words. Kristen, help her and make sure that our regulars are not alarmed."
Madame Bela moves through the door, securely closing it behind her.
Kristen responded to someone online " talking to a pale brunette about the spiritual situation at Bela's store'
"Sure."
Kristen was short. "You are taciturn. It is a lot of words to process to figure out what you have actually done.
I - don't know which ones? Why did you not talk to them earlier?
I am good with people and was going to offer you help, if you would take it, as you seem to not understand what to do about researching a spirit.
As advice, you don't tell Madame Bela where she will go. I believe that you have offended her, which...eh. Not great when you came here for our help, right?"
Kristen looks annoyed.
"You go ahead and head out of the store without talking to the ladies in the store.
You can call me when you have an actual plan that you need help with.
Unless you need me to take over."

Keeping the Madame in her field of view as she walks out, alarms going of within her mind especially at the sight of the words on the screen.
"Of course." The sight at the closing door to much of a concern as she quickly looks to Kristen.
"I did request your aid already at our first meeting if you recall, from the start I have tried to ask for it." Of course I am short under these circumstances. "It is a shame that my concern and request for her to wait for me to have a chance to talk to my associates to see if we could get together for all our safety came of as an insult. I will call you once I have discussed with my associates, taking over should not be needed."

Spinning around with a nice wave.
"Ill be in touch soon, take care and have a pleasant evening." Opening the door with a friendly wave to Madame Bela, and attempting to do just as told, quickly leave this place with a tug at her hood, to hurry away and drive around randomly, turning off her phone, stopping by at random places and not returning to safety before the sun would force it.
