yeah looks good to me, I just have one question regarding he belief/disbelief element of it.

Here its said changeling can see when contracts are used, so if you see someone use this contract and see them create the illusion how does that factor into the disbelief element?

I suppose the user just has to take that into account, and not use it in a manner that any changelings they try to fool can't see the contract activation. In that sense, not too different from using Contracts of Smoke or an emotion-controlling Contract. Do it when they're not looking so they won't know what's up.
