Stepping into the shabby gym, eyes immediately drawn to the old school equipment, the scent of sweat, and people whom definitely did not give of the vibe of being ones whom would be silent and not offer comments. Throwing her bag down, and putting on her equipment before walking up to a boxing bag, feeling her feet under her, weighing left and right before starting to let out a flurry of rapid movement blows, focusing less on accuracy and getting it just right rather just focusing on seeing how long she could endure, how many punches she could land with full power behind them whilst ignoring the points and words spoken about her. Not letting a single word get to her, no she had picked a place like this just to increase the chance to get to hear such comments, and acted in a manner to draw them in, to use them to fuel herself. Letting punch by punch fly, over and over until not feeling that she could put her all into it anymore.

Leaning against the bag with a couple of deep breaths, grabbing her water bottle for some hydration and walking over to the weights, grabbing a weight and lying down upon a bench to start making sit-ups in incremental reps, focusing to hold the weight and move her body properly to engage her core, going through a full set and onward to the weight lifting, making sure to take a lighter load to not get into any issues with lacking someone to spot her, then on through each and every machine and different punching bag available, most of them new to her, and clearly letting it show, gyms never having been much of her training, never having needed to focus much on it in such a manner before. The wilds, and nature always having been enough, always having offered her training that bordered on or were life and death, be it felling a bear without modern weapons, or be it using the environment to her advantage, it had always been more than enough, but also meant that she did not know this world to well, could not relate to it, and that needed to change.

Pushing herself through her pass, rubbing her shoulders and waving goodbye to the people there.
”See you tomorrow.” The words just as much cementing to herself that she would push herself through this new challenge, as telling them that she would not quit, she would come back again and again until she could stand with the best of them.
