Eidolon takes a look at the dandelions, "Wait..what?!? Are you sure he dropped those specific dandelions? How did they take root if the person dropped them?" That gut feeling was getting worse and starting to feel more like a stomachache than just a regular gut feeling.

Eidolon then remembers a spell, "Give me a moment to try something, maybe I can get a bit more information." Eidolon then begins to concentrate on the skull of Leo in Thirteens pocket and the dandelions. If what she saw was right and the turtle was going after the dandelions then maybe there is still a connection. Focusing on the two objects, Eidolon begins to concentrate on the spell, as he begins to softly chant in High Speech.

Thirteen studies the inconspicuous flowers that have found the narrow strip of dirt where the tennis cage had disrupted the tarmac on the court itself. She can identifies flowers with this same resonance a mix of delicate, determined living yet something fateful about their existence seeds on the wind comes to mind. And she can be quite sure the yare indeed mundane dandelions.

Eidolon utilises his knowledge of space knowing full well that things are related by connection not distance, concentrating hard he looks to determine if such a connection exists here, and low and behold the skull just before it is pocketed registers a known connection to the dandelions.

[Thirteen]

The Acanthus ran her fingers through her curly red hair, "Pfft. They're ordinary plants. Not surprising they took root. Weeds're like that. Still not sure why those specifically still there, though." Her expression was thoughtful. "There's something there. Fate sight felt... some weight to them? I don't know."

She could, perhaps, study the threads of fate tied to the dandelions, but without the Mystery Mage here, she couldn't connect them. However, she had something else...

Thirteen pulled Leonardo's skull back out. "Let me check something..."

The High Speech was once more uttered, a quick little word. She reached out to her Watchtower, to reveal it's truth to her. An Imago, golden and covert, formed.

Eidolon contemplates what he acquired from the spell. "Hmm, so I did get a connection between Leo and the flowers, but I am unable to see nothing more than surface connections. But they are connected, I am not sure how right now."

Eidolon wracks his brain for knowledge on connections and this specifically be known means it is likely that Leo and these flowers were in close proximity for a long time, or touched frequently there is no part of the flowers left in the skeletal remains of course time has taken care of that but it is a fairly safe assumption the flowers growing here came from a patch Leo ate from in life with some time.

With a staggering degree of awareness Thirteen calls up and studies the strands of fate that tie all things. She to learns of the known connection between the flowers and Leo. Both Leo and the flowers have an intimidate connection they seem to share with a third party but she only notices the strand its to faint for her her to follow to a source. Leo's destiny was changed, which is not to say he was a creature marked by destiny but he was never meant to end this way something acted upon him unexpectedly and Thirteen gets the looming sense that it was something powerful and utterly different to the connection to the flowers or the connection it shares with the flowers to the third party. Neither Leo nor the weeds are fatefully tied to anyone or anything nearby no grand plans for either simply left to the whims of fate to be blown about at the discretion of those more assertive.

[Thirteen]

The Enchantress studied those red strings of fate for nearly half a minute, and in complete silence. When she finally stopped, the spell immediately faded away. Concentration turned to concern, as she looked at the little skull in her palm. "Oh, Leo, you truly got screwed over, didn't you? I can relate, lad."

Okay, so she'd been wrong. Casting that spell had shown her quite a bit. If any of it was useful remained to be seen. Turtle skull went back into her pocket as she turned towards the Mastigos. "Leo and the weeds had their fates changed, dramatically. By a third party. Had to be our guy, but without him here, I can't officially confirm that. Leo's transformation was quite a big deal. Left a strong sense of altered fate."

She looked idly at the tennis courts, "We could really use someone with enough understanding of Space magic to track this guy down. Know anyone?"

As it was, she tried to remember if the Mystery Mage's expression could tell her anything. She could see enough of his face under the hood to positively match him to Eidolon's description. She wanted to get a sense of what he was feeling in that moment. Eager? Angry? Scared?

Eidolon stood up, "I wonder if there is a pond or something nearby. If there is I wonder if there are any dandelions growing there. Because the dandelions are more than just connected to him, they were a food source."

Taking in what Thirteen said, "I think Salem might know more Space arcana, so we may be able to tag him in. But before we leave to contact him, maybe we can take a look around and see if there is something nearby that may give us a clue to what we are looking for. What do you say?"

Is there a park or something near the tennis courts or are they their own separate area?

Thirteen thinks back to the face of the hooded figure assumedly the mage in question at first he had looed hopeful as he tempted leo across the courts with the weeds only for it to turn to a look of panic as Leo choose to fly over instead of walk that same look of panic turning to dread as Leo was rent asunder into a bloody mess by the disbelief of those around. Then running.

Eidolon examines the lawn, the gardens the park, the flower beds and they all seem to be well cared for still in the early stages of sprouting into spring after winter the hardier weeds kept on top of by he gardener only the tennis courts themselves shown signs of neglect nothing quite matching what he is looking for if he is looking for dandelions.

Both know their fellow libertine to be the councillor of the warlocks and so it is very possible he has the knowledge of space they need and would be a very useful ally to have to crack the case open if he in fact does have such proficiency, it's not a grantee though, and each arcana is helpful and has a myriad of ways to provide answers, clues or insights when properly applied.

[Thirteen]

She shook her head, "He didn't intend for Leo to die. In fact, he looked shocked that it even happened." Thirteen seemed annoyed at the incongruity of the Hooded Man's reactions to the events. "It's weird. It's like he's experimentin' with his magic. He might be newly Awakened. All the more reason to find him before Millie and Thuggo."

"Well, you know Salem better than me. Ask him if he's capable, and willin'."

The Acanthus looked in the direction the the unnamed figure went, and sighed. "I'm feelin' like we're at a dead end here. We learn things, but nothin' that actually helps us find this guy." She took her phone out and opened TikTok again. "I'm gonna try somethin' here. Might help, might not. We'll see."

Her will reached out towards her Watchtower, seeking truth. Once more, the High Speech. Once more, a gold Imago. As the spell completed, she hit the button on the video app to show her a random video. Let a roll of the dice show her the way!
