Private conference room

Jennifer and Reeve Ai, the envoy who approached at Formal Court come together outside of the doorway for the private converence room within Elysium. Liam stands at the mouth of the hallway to turn away any lookyloos.

"I hope that my words at Court were enough to state the serious nature of the matter of Prince Warren." Reeve Ai states. "I do regret that I had to be careful with my word choice due to those present." She lifts a small, professional briefcase. "I have brought the documents now that we can speak freely."
"Please enter and have a seat, Reeve Ai." Jennifer states as she opens the door to the conference room with lady - like composure. She looks about the hall towards the Prince's office.

The two move into the conference room proper. Liam remains outside the door to encourage any looky - loos to move along.
"I am curious what is such a danger that necessitates your travel, Reeve Ai. What does the good Prince Warren need to convey to the Domain of the Alder Prince Antinori?" Jennifer takes a seat at the head of the table. She pulls out a leather bound notebook and fine pen, preparing herself to take notes. She would be needing to convey this information as needed.

Reeve Ai takes a seat at the conference table, choosing the left seat. This allows for the two to exchange papers and files and look over the documents that were placed on the table with ease. The traveling Reeve, now in the role of envoy for Prince Warren, shows a variety of documents as the meeting progresses. The meeting lasts for nearly two hours until the Seneschal stands.
The agreement is for the Reeve to return to her Domain and the Seneschal would be in touch once a decision had been made. The two Kindred depart from Elysium, Liam driving Jennifer into the night.
