    1. Spells should be submitted following the format as laid out in the first post of this thread.

    2. Mind 2 is simply not capable of creating an ironclad mandate or anything close to the precise detail you want from this spell. (see below for examples).

The mage can project emotions. These feelings are more a suggestion than a mandate, though they are apt to be heeded if they make sense for the individual and situation.
-- This comes from emotional urging a mind 2 spell form the core book.

Despite the spell’s name, the mage is not forgotten by those who witness her passing or otherwise interact with her. Each success adds to the difficulty of noticing or remembering the mage
-- This is from incognito presence a mind 2 spell from the core book.

The mage can cloud another’s perceptions to make him think the caster is someone else. The mage’s false image
can mimic an actual person or a fictional persona she creates for herself. Each success makes the false image
seem true to one sense: sight, sound, touch, etc. For example, with one success the mage might make the target believe she looks like a different woman (or man), while with two she can make her voice sound completely different Occasional Manipulation + Expression or Subterfuge rolls may need to be made for the mage to convincingly act like someone she’s not. If such a roll fails or the target becomes suspicious (through the mage committing an obvious faux pas, perhaps), a reflexive Intelligence + Investigation roll can be made for the onlooker to realize that something fishy is going on
--- this from imposter a mind 3 spell in the core book
--- it is much closer to what you want (but needs 5 suxx to pass off all 5 senses and even then rolls are are required to pass it off.) and is cast in relation to the mage not anything external such has a separate experience.

But the spell you actually want to cast is the mind 4 spell hallucination from the core book --- which does exactly what you want to do. (With enough suxx)

The submitted spell is not approved for play.

    Twist Scenes

    Okay lets try this one:

    ## Shifting Perceptions (Mind •••)

At this level of Proficiency, the Mage may weave illusions so potent they linger, subtly altering the perceived nature of an object. This spell is favored by those seeking to mislead, deceive, or subtly manipulate the perceptions of others.

    **Action:** Instant
**Duration:** Prolonged (One hour per success, Scene at Mastery)
    **Aspect:** Vulgar
    **Cost:** None

Successes determine the Duration of the illusion. Each success maintains the illusion for one hour. The illusion affects a single object of reasonable size. At Mastery Proficiency, the Duration becomes Prolonged (Scene), allowing for more complex and sustained illusions.

The Shifting Perceptions spell creates a purely perceptual alteration. The object remains physically unchanged, but to observers, it appears as something else entirely. A $10 bill could appear as a $50, a mundane rock as a glittering gem, a rusty key as a key to a powerful vault. A careful observer might notice subtle inconsistencies, especially with close inspection (e.g., the texture of the "gem," the weight of the "vault key").

The usage of such potent illusions can strain the fabric of consensual reality, potentially Invoking Disbelief, especially with drastic alterations.

The illusion may only be broken by Dispellation or by the target successfully resisting the illusion with their own mental fortitude (a contested roll of the target's highest Mental Attribute + Awareness vs. the caster's Mind + relevant Attribute). Physical interaction with the object can also easily dispel the illusion for the observer, especially if the other senses conflict.

    **Mind Rote: Veiled Truth**
**Dice Pool:** Wits + Subterfuge + Mind

A Mage often needs to control how others perceive the world around them, whether to conceal a secret, create a distraction, or simply influence a negotiation.

**Note:** This Rote is relatively common among those who traffic in secrets and deception. Knowledge of this spell is moderately common.

    1. Prolonged duration is an hour/scene which ever is shortest there is one then the other.

    2. Illusions are the domain of prime.

    3. To cause someone to hallucinate something (to mental perceive things as they are not) is the mind 4 spell hallucination.

The submitted spell is not approved for play
