The sting of the Abyssal intrusion point directly at Phoenyx, and the Guardian is left wondering what exactly is the Arrow thinking of doing in front of so many sleepers.
With the guards closing in on Corn, and the unidentified Mage still trapped upstairs, the Obrimos only hopes they move quickly enough out of here to afford him a possibility of rescuing the other Mage. And that Corn is smart enough to make up a convincing lie.

"Fuck." It was a profanity no-one could hear except herself.

Phoenyx groans as her Spell slams hard into the wall of reality. She was so sure it would work, the concept of it not rendering the 4 men unconscious had the Arrow at something of a loss. Taking on four armed guards alone was foolish. Leaving Corn to Imprisonment felt dangerous - she suspected Corn would narrate his dreams out loud in his sleep, so under lawful pressure the chance of the Circle being public knowledge felt instant.

Winter walked out... didn't he? She was sure he had been in the room and saw him cast and move. Besides, he could take care of himself.

The Arrow decided to look for the other mage - Salem, she recalled from Concillium - and make sure he was safe, to buy her time to think about Corn.

Just to Confirm, I thought those without Mage sight cannot see the failed spell or Phoenyx's Nimbus?
