    Gristlegrinder Troll

The great head of the ogre subconsciously mimics the slight tilt of the summer queen as she ponders what on earth he was trying to get at, while he waited for her to do so. "Hm. No I don't think he brought tequila. He had a name for it and everything." His turn to mull something over. "Ah. I don't remember." It had been something of a mess. Unless he was messing with me? Not impossible by any means the summer queen had pulled the wool over the Ogre's eyes more then once who's say others couldn't, hadn't as well.

He waves a great grey hand in her general direction. "Uh. yeah that. That's what I'm trying to say." Just way less succinctly in my case. "Me. In politics?" The grin is the classic malicious toothy number. "Not quite, not exactly. But. Something like that." He looks away as he ponders something. "Hm. Question for you." Time to have some fun. Because if anyone can apricate it its seems the summer queen would be able to. "Uh. What do you think my goals are?" Of all the lost She was the one the ogre had spent easily the most time with and it made him curious if the tech savvy summer had figured him out yet or not.

A slow shake of the head. "No. I do not." That was probabaly readily apparent give geriatric pensioners who cursed every cable and data byte advocated more for technology then the giant did. "Hm. Of the many things not built for me in this world it is one of the worst." Be that traditional out looks or an actual reference to size and the difficulty it present in interacting with a world made for people much smaller. "Hm. Crouching over a desk all day makes my back hurt." Sure lost might be more resilient to infirmity but his spine still bent like anyone's hunched over a desk. "Bah. And It does not sound like I am missing much." Conversation is an art form in and of itself after all.

Sure exceptions existed. "Uh. And adolescents take dumb risks. Yeah it's not a perfect system. Not everyone falls into the box." But they usually ended up the ones the cautionary tales got based on. "Now. Actions need consequences to be real or there is nothing to fear. Those idiots serve a purpose. The runts of the litter if you will." The sacrificial lambs. "Now. As for you. Sure. Your tougher then nails and have lost count of how many of those idiots your responsible for sending home bruised and battered." He nods sagely as if he is somehow dispensing age old wisdom, or certainly thinks he is. "You. Your the other side of the story. Your one of the reasons people don't go walking in dark alleyways." And the best possible outcome for the idiots survival chances.

Oh good I did get one. The looks and stares from those looking at Circes laugh are met with with the towering grimace of a giant who is rather thoroughly done with the on stage entertainment. Almost daring them to speak up, to make a fuss. "Ah. Well first wouldn't they need something to be terrorising this here establishment if they were going to show up?" A ghost, a ghoul, a monster. Some mystery that would need solving. Not so subtle threat made he leaves the mortals to get on with their night or clear off. "Uh. Your welcome Mary." He didn't often get her references so hearing not one but two he had been able to connect with tonight had been a pleasant change of pace.

Well the recommendations are well meant of that the Ogre has no doubt. But she clearly doesn't know what's brewing. And that's very satisfying. It means he was doing it right. "Hm. Oh messing with peoples heads to make them weep in terror is all well and good. Highly recommended." Sure it could have delicious results and Autumns contracts catered to it wonderfully. "But. I can do a lot better the zombies." I can do a lot better then any meme or distant myth. Ogres not known for the composure and so it is the talk has him animated, drumming a finger to an unheated and out of tune beat, rhythmic. Pupils sharp and focused a general air of eager anticipation taking hold.

Circe never thought of Vincent as a redneck to come up with salted, limey, beer cans. Though, event rednecks knew how to make margaritas from her encounters. Vincent needed a more minimum edu-ma-cation.

When Kray says me in politics, Circe only responds with a firm nod. He couldn't do worse than the current clowns. After getting more identification papers probably, maybe. Work in progress. Shame he wasn't. "Shoot strange-jah," she says in the faux accent from earlier. Well, that was a deep one to ask. "Hmmm," she thinks on he answer. "Hierarchy of needs I figure is always our kind's first goal." Circe pops another gummy. "Home, food, stable resources. You reached that, so," she nods, "Something fearsome I expect. Embracing your club officer work? We ain't talked about it much, and well, people are complex as cazzo. Smarter ones like you? Even more so John. And club speak can get confusing in this kinda venue. I know it ain't power armor or a rocket hammer."

Circe's own goals were pretty shallow. Guns baby. Maybe a helicopter or tank.

His technological level being Amish was not a surprise. She eyes his hands. Big and then everything else he mentions. Though she would have to say there is some conveniences he is missing. "It is a trainwreck of humanity: see Renaissance artworks to duck butt to fluffy corgi butt. If ergonomics is a hurdle, the mundies solved that. Voice command only tools are arooound. Not," she holds up her hand in a stop motion, "Because rich and lazy. Well, they funded it probably," cynic Circe is, "But the excuse was for those folks that can't move anything below the neck. Or no hands."

"Darwin Award," she says after Kray says the word box. She puffs up in pride when Kray, sort of, praises her Summer conduct. Circe will take it as praise at any rate. "Thank you," she laughs evilly. "It is good to switch up what the danger to fear is I guess. Fun fact, I got to use the got to use a meme for one that tried to jump me twice. Oh ho ho ho. Haven't had a third meeting," Circe scoffs.

Circe giggles at the thought. "Given the premise of scaring folks with local legends for insurance fraud or sheep smuggling," she reminds Kray of some of the plots, "We could come up with something with just fines or community service to draw in the talking Great Dane. If you ever want to try it, I'm in." His hard glare isn't unnoticed. Rage and Fear, sometimes it meshed well and those mundies did cower away from him. Save for one guy giving Kray a thumbs up and nod. Okay? She wasn't sure what that was about, but Kray had someone else's approval.

"Yeeeeah," she nods in agreement. Not doubting he could pull it off, but that was a low bar. Romero made them scary, but it had decades to fade. And now had comedic zombie series. "I am certain you can do better than Resident zombie scares," Circe assures him. "Though, the infrasound," she points at her covered ear, "Messes with the brain. Makes fear response worse. If you want to give it a try," Circe smiles at Kray, "I'd be happy to help with the setup. Or, uh, science it. Try without, try with. See how it changes the response. That is scientifically methodical. I think that's the term, right? Just suggesting."

It's a fair point a newly returned lost's priorities or even one upping roots and shifting locales would be fairly easy to figure out. Basic needs. Food, Shelter, self sufficiency all achieved however did make it more interesting. "Hm. No a bad deduction." A little vague but that was absolutely fine. The compliment was unexpected though. "Oh. Uh. Thanks." Not many called him clever, not many noticed past the thuggish exterior. "Ha. No you figure that because I'm not asking you for it?" Rocket was not appealing but flying hammers now that had some curious potential.

Butts got the double mention for the internets line of oddities. "Uh. Why would I want to look at a duck's butt?" Now call him old fashioned but certain trends really left him feeling like the world he had come back to had left him well and truly behind. But the other element of voice command was curious. "Hm. Does the machine record what you say to it?" Because well if what Circe was saying held water then those devices heard the word butt an awful lot.

Nodding rather agreeablely. "Hm. yeah it is, can't be getting predictable now. Then it loses it's mystery and people start getting curious for some reason." And then you had to escalate and well that never ends well. "Ha. Then it sounds like those classes you were putting on have Bourne some fruit for your labours. Muggers getting well not smarter but less dumb." Which was unquestionably a good thing. And will any of them ever say Thanks to her for teaching them such an important lesson? Doubt it. "Ah. You should get some kind of community service medal really." He finishes his fistful of sweets while he tries and fails to think of a clever name for a custom award.

Now he has some views on this matter. But they are best left nice and quiet, tucked away into the burgeoning efforts behind the scenes. "Uh. Well Now Oh! Zodiac he was California based wasn't he? That's got to be an urban legend by now." Well actually. "Uh. Did they ever catch that guy?" And if I'm remembering the witnesses descriptions right. There is an Ogre that might well fit the bill for his build. "Hm. You reckon we could pull that off?" Bit of a gruesome one, but the letters and ciphers might have an avenue to pursue a bit of fear mongering. Speaking of. "Uh. What's that guys damage?" His deep voice darkly mutters to the summer queen. People did not give him the thumbs up when he gave them focused attention.

Circe had tech solutions for everything it would seem. And while the offer was appreciated he had no other ashen courtiers to plan fear inducing hijinks with after all he shakes his slow enough. "No. Atmosphere oh it's important yes." Bit of a backwards sentence. "But. The build up. The timing. Now that's everything." Get the timing wrong and it just becomes funny or doesn't dig deep enough. "Now. To get that right you need all the pieces to be in the right place before you push the domino." And for that you need to both know what pieces do, and have the power to move them.

Circe finishes her fish, though nods at his thanks. He'd earned it. She shrugs as she has a horrid reason to justify it. "So, uh, someone on YouTube figured out how to make a super hammer from a game functional. Rocket assisted sledgehammer swings. Helluva problem if you miss, horrid control, but helpful IF you can hit." Internet, a source of ideas. Mostly terrible, Darwin Award-esque ideas, but fortunately a place you could watch others fail at them. "Though I can spin shit up through other means, better than some 15 second celebrity."

    Also that.

"Oh ho ho ho!" She laughs as he doesn't know the artwork. "It was an old meme. Like the Hamster Dance or the Crazy Frog. Caricatures," she might have had the name wrong. Though she smiles warmly at him, "And I see you fully understand why Corgis are fun to watch walk, well, waddle around." Cute need not justify itself, not even to Wrath or Terror. As for the question on recording content? That was a mixed answer. "If you want it to, yes. If you don't, it can be set to incognito. Or dark web software, eh," she shakes her head and finishes her Sloe, "Not sure if the latter is compatible. Not a lot of handicap folks in those career fields that do NOT just hire minions. Wait, do you mean like, singing instead? Or recording in the dictation kind?"

She laughs with him, "Tis a bitter harvest though John. For whilst mine actions hath protected the naive and idiotic victims," Circe sighs, "I have to travel further before I get to help someone find out for fucking around with me. Oh sarcastic sigh." Then frowns, "I am sure most heroic figures would say some cheesy line of no reward do I need." Then waves her arms wide, "But I ain't heroic, I'm much strange-jah. And, well," Circe shakes her head, "I can't think of puns to go with punches, but not prizes."

There was also a chance some of the idiots she prevented the mugging of would be upset with Circe instead of the muggers. Circe would think weakest always yap the loudest, but she'd not compare someone that attacks you for saving them to a canid. Dogs are much too loyal for that comparison.

Zodiac Killer? A serial killer in California, that wasn't the most famous, but still existed. She isn't sure where Kray is going with that. It wasnt' something she was familiar with, but that is what smartphones are for. Wikipedia wasn't trustworthy, but get the gist easily enough. "Uh, nope. They didn't." She confirms to him. "Course, 60 years ago. Dude would be in a wheelchair or something," she looks him over. Then to the witness sketches. Back to him. Hums in thought. "Makeup kit and glasses. Feasible, though the coded letters were what made him famous, according to the Net."

Then tilts her head, looking back to what he was talking about. Then back to him, "Uh? Approving of you? Maybe, wait," she looks to Kray, "You spooked a bunch of folks when I laughed, didn't you?" When he confirms she draws conclusions, "Okay. Maybe bluffing to cover fear of you? You made someone he hates piss themselves?"

Shame he disdained technology. Hedge frequenting does tend to mess it up, but Circe had the budget for cheap stuff. "Love it when a plan comes together, got it. No infrasound then? Eh," she shrugs, "Not like I ever drunk researched how to pull off Scooby villain antics at Funderland to drive off horny teens." Suspiciously specific was that denial. "Just not slasher shit. It is lazy writing, more funny then scary, and entirely too much work for the return. Plus, security work makes me disdain the whole badge and gun dead in 10 minutes trope in slasher flicks. Insulting given my job. I'd not help with a slasher project."

Circe means that both literally and metaphorically. She'd have to do something if Kray's spreading terror included a lot of mortal corpses. Or dog corpses.

He flexes his right hand, the one he favours for swinging his hammer. "Nah. The effort you'd need to keep control of something like that would not be worth whatever force it added to your swing." As one who tended to wild swings that left him open to attacks at the chance to utterly demolish whatever was in front of him, the all in method had advantages he was well aware. "Hm. Your weapon always needs to be in your power otherwise it'll pop your arms out of their sockets." Which was less then advisable to do to yourself.

The clarification well, he had not known what to expect yet somehow is not surprised. "Uh. Yeah I should guessed that was the answer." It well it was beyond his comprehension to what people found popular. "Hm. You know I used to think art was pretentious but one things about all these memes and digital this and that's. It's really starting to make me appreciate those older pictures." Because well they were made with some kind of expression in mind. What that was also beyond him, but he knew they had been made with purpose. "Uh. We already spoke on dogs at some point I think." And had moved on from the topic for one reason for another. "Hm. I don't like the idea of anything that could capture what I say to be used later." Words have meaning after all. A lot of meaning. And besides most of what he did was questionable at best.

He tilts his head to the side as the act finally changes. "Hm. Okay next is someone called Johnny Taylor Jr." Please let him change the entertainment. He does The guy is a stand up comedian and self identifying hipster from right here in Sacramento. "Uh. Do you get the impression they were struggling to fill the time at all?" Because good lord the tonal changes are giving the ogre whiplash. "But. Anyway how do you know your various students aren't all hiding out in some run down train yard somewhere collaboratively plotting revenge?" If you beat people up enough word gets out who knows what can happen. "Ah. Keep at it I say. All good deeds get rewarded or something like that." Whoever said that probabaly didn't have in mind an increase in routine mugging attempts being the reward but the principle stands.

And hey there you go that's some good news. "Huh. So all that's really need is some skill with ciphers right, Maybe a bit of forgery skill." Which all sounded very doable, with the right acquittances who knew to keep their mouth shut. "Or. Do you reckon it'll just get played off as a copy cat?" Rumours like that after so long would have a hard time being predictable. And might be good practice. Right now he is wishing he brought a pen or pencil but hadn't packed one in his suit pockets. Confirmed by a quick pat down.

That the guy might be bluffing is oh so very tempting. "Hm. Lets see shall we? " If the guy was scared and just hiding it well it wouldn't matter to the ashen king.

    Harvest Emotion 3 successes

And it would seem the summer queen had hit the money. "Ha. Ha. Oh good call Mary. It seems he was trying to mislead me." In fact how very Autumn of him. Okay that guy wasn't so bad after all. Which moves the Ogre himself into better spirits.

And a good thing as he turns curiously now to Circe. "No. No. Slasher shenanigans. They make death cheap." And death needed to be the most impactful thing, only one if it was ever needed. "They get doors locked and authorities on patrol sure. But like anything over exposure dulls the experience." He bares his teeth wide in the closest thing to an innocent, which is to say absolutely giving off giant cannibal vibes, grin. "Uh. Besides if it was me. You'd never be able to pin me to it." The not knowing would be all the better.

    Circe turns back to Kray.

"I know right, she nods in agreement. Circe wasn't big on melee, but she know practical beats awesome. "But YouTubers," she does Jazz Hands, "Show crafty skills and then either show their mad skills with weapons or their injuries after. Either way, they get attention," Kray will see Circe put on a toothy, fake sales smile with a thumbs pose.

Technology and Internet pop culture was clearly not a subject for Kray. She'd have to remember that. Circe smirks as she decides to educate the Troll of something else. "Fun fact, some of the content online is, well, just made to annoy people. Like, folks enter a discussion online not out of belief or knowledge, but to piss off folks. They call these folks, he he, trolls."

And Circe couldn't say he was being digitally paranoid. Circe had done a lot to make her own software secure against her kind of intrusion. Erasing history and files was a regular thing for her. Kray? Not to deride Ogres, but he wasn't as much of a technophile like her. He has a printer make odd noises, he'd ask for help. Circe? Would start shooting it. Of course, she was often the digital threat, so she knew.

And another act arrives. Circe is curious to see what this one would be, "Bottom barrel quality. Nor am I going to expect him to stand up to any quality control, pattern recognition and all that." Circe tells Kray. And proudly calling himself a hipster already? Without even poking fun at the trait? This boded poorly. "Johnny?!" She turns to him with faux shock, "How did you find out about that story already? I mean, I'm me," she waves her arms wide with a smile and one shoulder up. It may tickle Kray's memory for a movie poster. "I won. And I have a few months before the sequel happens, oh ho ho ho. verily my friend. I shall continue with my quest to help those that fuck around achieve finding out."

Technically, it had only been three. Bullets were cheap and worked great against crowbars.

Well, at least he wasn't going to try going around shooting people. Though given his hands, it'd be something BIG compared to Zodiac's pistol and wire. "Given the age, they'd go with copy cat. Good idea for a antagonist in a story for sure John," she waggles her eyebrows, "Conversations like ours are so odd to wander past. Abduct the president, to then have him rescued by a ninja-wizard riding a pirate unicorn. Hollywood makes shit weird. Club speak helps, but privacy is hard to come by when talking."

A deflection to any eaves droppers not scared off by Kray's glaring. And a reminder to Kray to be cautious with words.

Circe tilts her head as Kray decides to test how the guy is reacting. She is curious at what the answer was. Rage? Approval? Bullshit bravado? "Ah, the bullshit bravado, a subset of fake it 'til you make it."

"And they've all been done," she adds to his rejection of slashers. "No originality. Where is the villain that can set a whole city aquiver with fear without a single corpse?" She was tempted to brig up the slasher's logical evolution of such filsm as Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. But Kray had been having trouble with the Springs, so maybe not. Circe snorts as Kray reminds her his is also a Gristle Grinder. "Mmmhmm. Texas style slasher," she giggles out. Then adds in the reasons for fun, "Though you have to admit, slashers DO help with evolution. So many victims are just. So. Stupid." She slaps the table. "I mean, like what do they always do? Oh, tee hee, we snuck into the murder house where people mysteriously died last month. Let us split up to have sex in dark, sound proof spot, where no one can hear us scream." She shakes her head, "That Geico Halloween commercial really drives it home that the slasher is helping cleanse the gene pool."

Wild and matted lichens and moss form a tangled mane of hair and beard. Thick trunk like, twisted, arms of exaggerated length, end in vast hands with dark chipped nails. A snort. "Ah. I one of these they will hurt themselves real bad. And have no one to blame but themselves." A slow shake of his head, as one who can see said fools he has never met clear as day and quietly despairs for their decisions yet will not lift a finger to help those so determined to learn what losing a limb feels like. "Uh. Sure are a lot of clever idiots in the world aren't there." Something important missing to balance all that know how they had. He gestures to the bottle. "Uh. Would you like the last of that?" He had brought it for her to trade after all.

The problem with not chewing your food is that it can as it does now cause a bit of gas and the belch creeps up on the ogre, wafting the scents of half digested meat across the table. "Ah. Oh. Apologies." Settling back after the surprise. "Uh. You already told me that I think." Not that he had looked to confirm. "And. I still think they could do with reading the stories about trolls. Terrible mis use of the word in my opinion." His own troll blessing came in mighty handy, hidden away for when it was impactful, far more so then the blessing everyone saw all the time.

If had ever even considered coming around to some of the modern Halloween traditions being not so bad at the start of the night that thought was several generations dead and buried under the tirade of frankly, it his mind, utterly bizarre choices of entertainment. "Uh. Yeah what's up Mary." Focusing back on the summer queen. "Hm. Find out? I'm just spit balling to try and make you feel better about it not happening as much." The fairest might be grooving but the ogre unfortunely is a bit dense, very hit and miss, as has been shown on pop culture. Maybe I could get someone to try and mug her? that could be a solution? It a show of the bizarreness of their existence that the thought comes from a place of genuinely trying to help. "Hey. So. Uh. What's the highest number of students you've had in one class?" He tries and fails to look unassuming, instead he very clearly looks like he is calculating.

Maybe that's why he completely looses the thread for a moment. Having to puzzle around her words. "Uh. Yeah and what a conversation to have surrounded on all sides by the various myths, monsters, and murderers of legend and film." Granted he had been getting carried away with the idea and not letting a second slip out, but if anywhere added context by proxy the current setting did certainty help. "Uh. Maybe we could get." He waves an arm at some at the bar with hockey mask and machete, one most would know as Jason. "That guy to help. He looks like he has a body count." Now is he playing along, being serious, or demonstrating a point about their social context.

The had held his fear in, acted reasonable inspite of it. So the random mortal is alright in his book. "Uh. Depends on how you define fake I think." The mortal had been composed enough to appear calm. So was that faking it?

He leans back looking at the ceiling letting his perceptions drift to whatever he sees up there to keep him looking. "Uh. Now. There are ways and means. The odd body here and there does make a slashers and serial killers scarier when done right. But the mass rampages you see on screen are more blood and gore fests then actually scary movies." What she finds funny he finds depressing. "Ah. It's why we need more fear in schools Mary so dumb idiots don't go wondering into the murder houses and becoming another statistic." And you you know don't get taken. "A little dose of fear is healthy, makes you smarter." In terms of lets not do things that increase our mortality rates. "But. you make a good point getting rid of the stupid also makes people smarter." What is it she says so often? "Oh. The Darwin award right." That was it.

Circe didn't disagree. Notoriety seekers often didn't think thing through. She nods at the question of clever idiots. Though truth? Circe would laugh at their misfortune, just like most of the other scum on the Internet. As for the booze? "I'm driving, so all your's John," she waves her hand towards the Sloe.

When Kray burps, Circe taps her chin a few times. Then holds up her hands, left with five fingers up, right with one. A rating. "Excused," she smirks. As for the other part, "I remember a worse misuse from the '80s toy companies."

Circe could not picture Kray as a Troll Doll. He just had to have a hat.

"Thank you John," and she means it. She had other ways to engage in violence though. "I can still work on, uh, security solutions. Rabid, mangy vermin in the briar patched paths are still something I can take out to get my rage out," she assures Kray. As for the other question. She has to think on a moment. "Uh, melee only or everything? The former is two. Latter is um," Circe has to think on that for a moment. Muggings only, not muscling in on the gun running probably. For mugging only: "Four. One ran quickly though."

Circe looks around to see whom he is pointing out. It takes her a moment to focus. Oh. "Well John. He has enough beef to teach you to do grievous harm with a body. Yet, he also looks like a bit of a momma's boy," she can't help but joke about the character.

"I don't know," she says turning back on the definition of fake, "I think the quote is basically another way of saying bluffing is good. If you are really good at bluffing, nobody will ever know how incompetent you are."

"Oh ho ho ho," she laughs as his talk reminds her of a musical. "sorry, sorry," she waves both her hand, "You are right for the twerps safety. But it just reminded of a funny line from a horror musical. A horrific line from a comedy musical. Dead evil I think, oh ho ho ho." She shakes her head as she recalls the character singing out classic horror movie cliches as a joke. And it fitting some slasher film dialog too well, "Slasher tropes are at the point of parody now. Good singing if I recall correctly. Same for rage I'd say," Circe tries to get back on topic. "Too little, you're a doormat. Too much? Berserker charging at an oncoming semi. You need enough to have incentive but not enough to blind you."

Circe points at Kray with both fingers when he says Darwin Award, "Yes!"

"Slight change in subject. For future lost bets with you John," Circe has something to ask for clarity. "You found a favorite restaurant in town yet?" She taps the side of her head, "I may not observe some things, but I do notice what folks like. Mine is obvious."

Well if that's the case he will pick up the bottle. "Huh. So am I." But he was a dam sight bigger, and just maybe that would make the difference. And ultimately does nothing to stop him from now drinking from the bottle.

His face contorts as he raises an eyebrow. "Oh. Only a six is it judge." He could do better but wasn't of the mind to try here and now. "Oh? And what grievous misuse of dictionary defined words did the toy companies manage?" More out of curiosity then anything. "Uh. I wasn't exactly paying much attention to toys back then." Not getting meme in this day and age seems odd but he doesn't look venerable in terms of age so to have missed something that he should have been exposed to feels like it needs justification, flimsy as it was.

Nodding along. "Oh. Yeah I hear those are like cockroaches a never ending problem." Think you got them all but more just scuttle out. Only the wolves didn't tend to scuttle. "Uh. You ever considered using whatever was on those drumsticks as a weapon. Someone, might have been you actually, mentioned worse exists. Think it'd be enough to put them off?" Was it chemical or biological warfare, would it even work? Well that's why you ask the grounds keeper right. "Uh. Either or." He had been thinking a melee endeavour. Less chance of fatality. "Huh. Four. I can mange four." Probabaly shouldn't have said that bit out loud.

Jason get an uncomfortable about of the giants attention. Him a mama's boy? "Uh. If you say so." To be fair most people do respect their mothers.

His shrugs finally looking away from Jason. "Hm. Bluffing is good. Misdirection is better. And being skilled improves both." Having some way to bail yourself out was always a very good idea.

Now the insight into her emotion was genuinely interesting. Enough to make him take his feet of the chair and sit up straight. "Hm. It sounds like you use is as a focus or for drive. Something to motivate or move you to action but should not leave you senseless." Not a take on it he had heard before. Very action hero in a way. Which fit the summer queen rather well. "Uh. Am I getting you right?" If so he wondered what the queen of summer would make of the final clause of the contract with stone.

The question caught him off guard. "Uh. Do you lose bets to me often?" Not particularly in his mind. "But. There is a restaurant I like well enough yeah. More for what is serves though then the place itself." A rather fortuitous discovery. "I've found I have a likeing for sushi." Raw food that was acceptable to consume without looking utterly odd. And it tasted pretty good to boot.

She nods firmly when he questions the rating. She was stickler for the rating system derived from Calvin Ball. "Troll Dolls," Circe smiles as she informs him of an old toy line. "They made a comeback with musical kid cartoons. Big hair, bright colors, G rated, act like Smurfs."

"Hmmm," she actually considers the option. The recycling for Hedgespun wasn't something she really did for weapons. She wasn't into melee. "Well, could go full tribal. But spear and axe ain't my style John. Leather or armor, though I get a little crabby trying to get parts for the latter. I ain't a shrimp, though i've sourced parts from a bunch of those, ha." She has to think on it. Is that what he meant. "Drumsticks? Wait, for drums or from a fowl sources?"

"Yes you could. You've the center of gravity to probably pick one up and smack the other three John," Circe agrees with him on that. Though she does sigh as he doesn't get the Friday the 13th reference.

"You know me too well," Circe agrees with Kray, "Rage is a good fuel for melee, not range combatants. And helps with running an asshole down," Circe nods at this alternate action to fuel with rage. "Sniping is a good job mate, but requires you be a professional about it to do it well," she says with a fake Australian accent. "Rage as a cold fire is better than a hot inferno that spreads for my style. For much like Ryan Reynolds, I count my bullets."

"Like, twice already dude," she waves her hand at him with two fingers up, "I've gambled and lost with you." Circe stares at Kray as he reveals his prefernce for sushi. She sticks her tongue out, "Yuck. Seaweed wrapped raw fish? Such a waste. It should be ground into colatura as a condiment for pasta. Wrapping it in seaweed?" She shakes her head, though this doesn't seem to be mocking. The Summer Queen actually prefers rotten fish sauce over raw fish in seaweed.
