Jennifer inclined her head slightly in acknowledgement of the statement. She felt that conversation thread was neatly buttoned up and proceeded to the interesting words Ms. Grey has shared.

"Traveling is very dangerous with our condition." Jennifer acknowledged somberly. A past meeting had shared that someone in the Domain had thought nothing of sending a Kindred a few hundred miles away and had not seemed to grasp the implications of danger that would cause. It was good to see Ms. Grey was sensible on this matter.
"I shall proceed with the private charter." Jennifer stated.

"I do not see any reason for you to have to undertake the delivery yourself." The Cursed voice slithers.

Jennifer felt more than capable of addressing the concerns that had been brought up. Jennifer valued her allies and imagined that Ms Grey would not wish to offend her own.

"As for Priscus Carmen's slight against you..." Benny continued, having slipped past the question earlier, "I think she is attempting - and failing - to outmaneuver you socially in regards to Court and your interactions with the Prince. She seems to believe her Blood alone grants her some advantage in social situations, but I hope she is beginning to see it does not. As for the Boon, if her attempts to hold Neville to the standards of the Invictus and their titles is any indication, I wouldn't hold my breath on her knowing what's expected. Might be a good idea to coach her on it, if you desire for her to succeed. I... apologize if my opinion on the Rose come off as grating, but I've made my dislike for her known to you."

Benedikta nodded as the Lady Seneschal made her decision.

"Good to hear," Benedikta said, "I'll reach out and make arrangements. As a sign of goodwill between us, I am willing to cover the expense for this endeavor, if it is within my power to do so."

"Was there anything else you wished to discuss?"

Jennifer expressed a thoughtful expression.
"You have good ideas. It is why I inquired to your thoughts. As I may be too close to the situation.

I do not disagree with you. The Priscus of the Daeva seems to have an inflated sense of self worth, partnered with a habit of talking too much. I am curious if she will take the corrections that have been given as they are intended. Or if it is 'Invictus are mean to me' to be trotted out.
I understand, Ms. Grey. If you do need for me to cover the expense, I would be glad to do so.

No, I believe that we have covered all matters sufficiently."

"Time will tell," Benny quipped as the discussion on Verity dwindled closer to a close, "She could be an asset if she tempered her ambition and pride with a little more common sense and prudence."

The Shadow nodded as the Haunt affirmed they would cover the expenses in the case that she could not.

"Certainly, I will contact you should it be necessary," she confirmed, "Then that leaves one final piece of business. Would you prefer the courier contacted you or me upon delivery?"

Jennifer considered that for a moment. Perhaps. There would need to be significant changes. Yet it would not be impossible.
The Danse allowed one time.
Jennifer gave a nod to confirm.

"Excellent. They can contact me."
A drawer was unlocked and a letter, sealed in emerald green wax with Jennifer's personal seal of quill writing upon parchment, was handed to Benny.

Benny nodded in agreement with the Seneschal.

"Sounds good," Benny offered, taking the letter, "I'll pop your contact details their way to contact you direct upon delivery."

"As for the goodwill," she continued, "All I ask in turn is that you share what has occurred here with people you trust. Maybe mention my other skillsets as well. I gotta make some headway socially if I'm gonna be useful to the Domain down the line."

With that, the Shadow stood.

"If that's all, I'll leave you to your evening, Lady Seneschal," Benny offered, "Our conversation was, as always, a pleasant one."

Jennifer inclined her head slightly towards Benny, signalling her agreement with the statement about contact on delivery.
Jennifer's eyes alit slightly at Benny's remark about sharing information. It was good to see someone who valued a good word of mouth. That was how so much of the social standing in the Domain changed and developed.

"I shall do so, Ms. Grey." Jennifer stated, her Cursed voice carefully manipulated to apply some warmth to the words. Some genuine feeling for Jennifer's agreement with the sentiments. "I do believe in sharing good news.
Yes, that is all that I have. I am pleased that you conduct business with efficiency." It was truth. No wasted motion or time here.
"I bid you good evening, Ms. Grey, and good luck."
