The guy had caught up to him, and all he said was `Okay, gotcha`. No reason given, no excuse, nothing, for his bullying of him. His inattention had gotten the best of him and given him nothing but annoyance. Nevertheless, Philip continued running while still trying to prevent being caught, knowing he still couldn`t magically prevent him from restraining him, as it would go against his conscience. Granted, that was rapidly becoming less and less important by the second.
