Circe continues to play her role, easily stepping into the less important. It might be hard for a Fairest, for a Summer. But she's a Larcenist, and she knows bad tactics when emotions play at the fore.

She waits for Rhodes' words to do her combat for her, but none come. The Dread Lord seems to freeze in the face of Queen Anne. Who allows the silence to stretch on for a long uncomfortable moment. Before -

"Aww, widdle baby. I didn't even get to catch your tongue." the Wizened taunts, before sharply turning to Circe, "Now, is your dumb muscle, dumb too?" a lacquered nail tapping her painted lips.

"Now, answer my fucking question."

Okay it's definately been long enough. I don't want this plot top stall and die. So, Rhodes Xadun I know things for you have been hectic, but we can't pause everything indefinitely. We're going to go forward, and treat Rhodes as not a part of the plot any longer.

And whilst she could have gone with the gun, well, Circe was wearing a gas mask and had tear gas on her person. She pulls a pin without even detaching the gas canister. It'll help disperse the crowd and maybe give her a shot at Ann.

ooc:Alone, Circe has only one real option for this. Violence. And tear gas, but mostly violence. Sorry, I have no way for Circe to show restraint on her own. At least Rhodes has a gas mask too.

The accent does spark a memory. The Artist smirks, "Cana, Cana, Cana. Look at you, still an Autumn Courtier's dog - " whatever else she was going to say cuts out with the Gun Bunny pulling the pins.

The tear gas hisses, spilling from the canisters and quickly filling the area with it's effect.

"Left! Right!" the Wizened calls out, the bookend ogres push forward, as their Queen turns to run.

Tear Gas Effects RAW

Concealment as being heavy cover: -3 to attack target in the gas.
No gas mask Effects: While suffering from the effects of tear gas (CS), all dice pools and Resistance traits such as Defense are reduced by 5 for CS. It is Toxicity 3, treatment to remove efect is by washing with warm water and soap.
So everyone attacks at -3 from the smoke, but Circe and maybe Rhodes are the only one(s) not at -8 to attack and -5 to all rolls.

Queen Anne having spun on her heel trying to aim towards the Mirror Gate at the back of the room whist spending Glamour to activate her Hedgespun in a rush of burned Glamour her jacket turns to a twilit field of stars, her rings to miniature shields.

Right follows Left through the tear gas, burning his own glamour to bulk out his muscles, and tries to take a swing at Circe - and misses.

Queen Anne still flees, but the gas is obscuring everything - she can't tell right from left.

It's been 2 days, Origins Circe 's action is held.
