A blue fist is raised with the middle finger to give her opinion on the teaching schema, "Dude fanculo fair," Circe laughed out in agreement with John Doe. Circe managed to not make any jokes about Fawkes taking punishment to go with his rank. Barely. She instead went with a joke, "Just blame the least innocent lookin' kid, right? Teaches 'em how valuable bein' able ta bullshit if fer the future."

Circe decided to clarify some things, "Yeah turns out Imma sergeant ta go with the rankin' system. Now I need ta find a GOOD examples ta know what ta do. I mean I know bad ones but that's just fer don'ts, oh ho ho ho ho!"

Then there was Fawkes. After the other left she decided to say something to him. She gave him a British salute, "Great job Corporal. Ya might end up takin' the talking scthick, uh, duty away from me. Give me more time ta work with my hands," she walks up to nudge John Doe in the side, "Always a good thing right?"

As for the kite thing. "Sure Johnny! Lets go and see how these things light up the night. Unless ya boys wanna just stay and get hammered? Personally I'd be thrilled ta have a double escort ta fly some kites."

Circe is willing to stay or go, depends on which way the boys wanna swing.

Fawkes' rush of relief is halted as Abraham and Titania request their attendance. Apparently he had done too much of a good job. Releasing wishes into the Hedge sounded...unsafe. He bit back the comment, downing a random shot the Spring bard had laid out. He looks at the other two expectantly to do the same.

Titania was terrifying.

At Circe's salute he gives another dry chuckle as he gives her a two fingered one in return. A very different altered state than he is used to starts to make his vision start to swim a bit. Downers. Right. He crushes the shot glass for funsies, watching the ring vibrate the air and release a note he had not heard yet. He contemplates the line of gorgeous bottles of premium liquor longer than he should, a small crack forming along the corner of his mouth as he forms the ghost of a smirk.

He had enough social tact to know that wouldn't end well.

"It would be rude if we didn't," he says with a shrug, sounding more like a person as his tone shifts with a sigh. He thumbs the bleeding sand unconsciously before placing a hand on both their shoulders to nudge them towards the ceremony.

Fawkes will uncharacteristically nudge Circe and John to this thread
