The rats scurry around him running over and each other and over Garrett's feet. At first it just sounds like screeching and skittering, but it begins to come into his ears.
"Big holes, Big rats digging big holes, lots of tunnels." The chatter can be overwhelming, but Garrett is able to pick up a rough layout of the main construction site and it's connected buildings.

Garrett responds to Mabel's queries with his own whispered string of the Feral Language; most of the pitch lost on human ears, "They're the gang members paid off by the company. The reporter may be a lead: if you see someone who stands out?" He proceeds to offer the layout the rats had provided to the flying rat,
"An aerial assessment would be beneficial for the bigger picture. If you have another form or can send your spirit in a proxy, a quick look at the tunnels does not hurt either. If not, we can send the Shadow. No indication a supernatural threat is scaring away the vermin."

"Squeek" Mable flies off to get an aerial overview of the area. If she sees people she will get close enough to hear but not be seen.

Mable's scouting is able to pick up a few of the people, probably security guards, not much else. She could probably sketch it all out when she isn't #cutebat.
Garrett, what do you want to do? Are you waiting around for #Cutebat or is there something more? You all could meet back and put together a map of sorts? Up to you all.

We good! Garrett will convene with Mable to put together an accurate map and the floor plan to present to the Sheriff. If Mable can get a read on the patterns of movement with the security and note a timeline, that information can be passed to Garrett to note via chirpy chirp.
Mable can get numbers, but isn't going to be able to determine a pattern of movement because there really isn't one. These guys are not a trained security force, so they kinda just do what they do.
