"Whatever location it is, it should be one they feel comfortable and thus confident in, and one we can safely prepare ahead of time. Perhaps the simplest way would be to offer a surrender. Say we are afraid. Use the right words to make them think they have us where they want us and can be overconfident." Sidor tapped his finger against his cheek. An idea began to take form, and his accent thickened awkwardly for a moment when he smiled.

"The ideal would be to take them to a contained area and use a poisonous gas, something which would have no affect on us. Let them choke on their own lungs." He'd seen it done before, back home. Simple cleaning products in a bucket, chain the victim to a chair, leave, watch him choke and scream and cough up blood. He hadn't even been Kindred then, and the memory of that bubble coming from the man's throat lingered with him. A holy thing, perhaps- the very reason he was Damned.

"That sounds very, uh, German," Brenn said, surprised that a vampire would ever suggest using poisonous gas to kill anyone. Not that it wasn't a good idea, and an effective one, but it seemed odd and hard to execute, not to mention a bit elaborate. Gas might have been plausible in world wars, but in assassination?

"Perhaps before we decided on what "dagger" we're going to use we should decide on the "cloak room". Priscus, you said that you could get the Rev'rend and the other leaders to meet with you. On what terms would you be able to secure this? Is it in ignorance, trust, or perhaps something else? If we know this then maybe we could decide on a place fitting to the "mood" of the meeting and desolate enough for our purposes," she finished, making air quotes when necessary.

"Poison is not a difficult thing to procure, Miss Lawrence. You think somewhat too elaborately." Sidor said, his accent rolling smoothly as he laughed internally at the idea of poison being considered a uniquely German idea. Poor, naive girl. Perhaps she had never considered just how easy it was to turn breathing against the body who so desperately needed air. As if to make his point, the shadows pooled in his eyes, giving him the drawn, hollow look of a skull. "In fact, many people die from household poisonous gases they have inadvertantly created. But it need not be something quite that elaborate."

Dirge frowned slightly at the recent suggestions and the additional questions. She realized that they were likely logical questions, but she still didn't have to enjoy it.

"Poison gas is not practical in this situation. It would require us to lock them in a secure room or they would simply flee, furthermore the gas would just dispurse and not reach the needed concentrations required to kill. No direct physical confrontation will be required. They use fire, mainly having used road flares in the past to their advantage, so we will have to account for that." The haunt sighed softly before addressing the issue about her ability to set up the meeting.

"I will be honest here. For some reason the man believes that because I look like his daughter that he lost to some vampires so I have been using that fact to meet with him and learn what I can. He somehow had a man who could detect what I was despite the blush of life and the power of our blood that masks the beast from detection. I have not given him any information about us or our kind, but his homeless were being attacked by brood so I convinced him that me and my friends opposed this other 'rogue group' and agreed to help him against them. I will be calling for a meeting with him to talk about new information concerning this rogue group and to arrange to assist them in eliminating them. Instead we will ambush them and eliminate them."

"The breach of the masquerade at this level is unacceptable and he must be killed. Unfortunately they are not stupid and i wasn't able to get them into the sewer when the brood were infesting it. We will need something they are comfortable with, perhaps an abandoned alley. I thought that I could have one end of the alley blocked off with a storage container and have our people block off the alley and then use a large truck and go...bowling for bums. We could mop up any injured if they reimain. It isn't perfect, but it keeps us away from their fire and it should either kill them or soften them up. Thoughts?"

"I am sorry, perhaps I misunderstand you, but did you actually just say that attempting to run over a group of resisting, frightened people is more difficult than locking them in a room?" Sidor said, an eyebrow quirking. Was this some sort of joke? "Perhaps your lack of sight has robbed you of any knowledge of how difficult it can be to hit a moving target while driving. And for all your fear of them setting a fire, you would be in a method of transport which, if damaged, would likely transform an internal combustion engine to an external one."

((Typo: that should read 'no more difficult than'. Sorry 'bout that.))

"Perhaps you fail to understand the nature of an alley?" asked her irritation showing. "I have been in many of them and they come in all sizes. All that is required is we find the proper alley, free of large objects, which is just wide enough for the vehicle we plan to use with no room on either side of the vehicle. That way they have no way of escape. I thought that the intent behind my words was clear."

"Um...actually, its really, really hard to get a car to explode, especially with a road flare, so I don't think that would be a problem. Although I do suppose that I was being a bit dense, thinking it had to be some building or other; an alleyway would work well. Running them over seems a bit, um, unnecessary though. Why can't we just do it through physicality and our own might? We have six kindred in the clan, surely six of us could handle a few homeless. They have flares, sure, but they have to get them out in order to use them. If we are truly a mighty clan we won't need a truck to kill them."

"I was refering to the possibility of fire, not an explosion, Miss Lawrence. Should the fuel line rupture in a collision, it could easily cause us to frenzy and put our plans to naught." Sidor said, before he looked at Dirge, an odd expression crossing his face as he considered Dirge's plan. "But I do not think our new Priscus would be likely to take such an alternative action. I am sure you have noticed the oddity about her plan. She is blind- she cannot take action to lead us. She cannot drive the truck, nor can she be in the alleyway, as she would of course, be crushed violently without sight to aid her in dodging."

"In short, I am calling you an apathetic coward, Dirge. It is your place to show leadership of this clan. I suggest that you do so." Sidor added coolly, just to ensure everyone understood what he was getting at.

"Wait...I thought the Whip was supposed to strive for clan unity," Brenn dared, stealing a quick, furtive glance towards Anton as she did so. Sidor was, so far, proving to be exactly as she had imagined him; just like some of the kindred she had known, and "written about" back in LA.

"We have, unanimously, elected Dirge as Priscus, meaning that WE must adhere to whatever, if any, handicaps she has. Saying that she is being a coward because, as blind person, she could not drive only brokers for disunity and quarreling amongst us. She is blind, yes, and we all knew that when we voiced our approval. Besides, she is not excluding herself from this plan: it is the fruits of her efforts which would lure the Rev'rend and his following to us. Besides, unless you imagined we would all ride shotgun in the truck I don't get your point. None of us would be in the alleyway, lest we be crushed, and only one of us can drive the vehicle so it doesn't matter if one out of six cannot do it. Er, not even that she could not do it. One does not need sight to stomp on an accelerator and then drive straight."
