Davis led Dog deep into the pit and to one of the rooms used to hold the fighters until their match

Leaving the room and the door open he walks to a larger table and sits down, pulling out his phone he placed a call

Dog sat and looked around. Had he exchanged dirt for stone?

[Ishani]

Ishani makes her way into the pit and enters the room Davis is sitting in.

"All right, is he ready?"

Davis stands as she walks in and motions to the open door

He is waiting for you in thier, all I ask is please be as gentle as possible. He has been honest with me as well as I can tell

[Ishani]

Ishani smiles. "I am always gentle, Hound Davis."

She enters the room and takes a seat across from Dog. She lays her hand palm up on the table and smiles at him. "Can I have your hand please?"

[Dog]

Dog gives her a curious look and holds out his hand. Remembering the way she went off on O-Dor, he doesn't want to say anything until she asks him to.

[Ishani]

Ishani grasps Dog's hand and begins chanting softly under her brerath, invoking her will and the power of Yama.

Once she is done chanting, she looks Dog in the eyes. "Now Dog, I am going to ask you some questions and you are going to answer them. You want to tell the truth, and the full truth, or your tongue will tie itself into a knot and it will be very painful for you for at least the next few hours. You will then be unable to speak at all. Do you understand?"

She does not let go of his hand.

[Dog]

"Ok, I understand," Dog said. How many religious Kindred were there, anyway?

[Ishani]

"Wonderful. Now, why did you come to Sacramento, Dog?"

She continues to hold his hand, not making any move to let go.

[Dog]

"I came to spy on the Kindred here," he said slowly. He wondered if she were serious. Better to not find out. Start things right.
