Samantha was trying to comprehend what the woman was saying. At least now she mad some remote sense now that she wasn't panicking like hell. Must be one of those prophetic ones. She guessed as she checked the lights before hitting the accelerator. It wasn;t a good idea to take a wolf with you, but keeping a car parked in the middle of the road was asking for trouble. "OK, you saw me comming. Did you have to stand in the middle of the road?"

"You wouldn't have broken otherwise green."

"Good point." She muttered before taking a right down the street. "So, your here just for chit-chat or something else?" Sam asked as she kept her attention to the road.

"non, direction. Green."

"Uh huh...." OK, not getting much out of her. She though as she kept going down the road. She had to scratch the back of her neck though. It always played up when they were around. "Look, is there anywhere you need to go or what?"

"Not me, you! Green! You need to stop on Green!" She's obviously quite frustrated.

"OK, OK." She mumbled as she stopped the Ranger again at another set of lights. "Better?" Samantha said in a way that sounded vaugely like a growl.

"No you Shurguth, Green! She points to a street sign. It says 12th street in white letters on a green background."

can't this crazy bitch be clear about what the hell she is talking about?! Sam might not have said it, but from the way her knuckles were turning white while clutching the steering wheel she might as well have. She continued down the road before pulling over to the curb.
