Nyssa looked down at the postcard she'd written. She had purposely used the Freehold address mostly because she knew that was the best way to throw any loyalist off and to make her sudden disappearance seem well... not so bad. She took a moment to reread what she'd written.
Greetings to my Family and Treasured Friends!
I wish to apologize if my sudden disappearance alarms anyone but I simply felt the need for a vacation. That and knowing everyone would likely think I was 12 if I went alone I managed to convince Jacob to go on this impulsive trip. Don't worry the Spade's team best Sword hasn't been harmed by this diamond nor has the sword managed a scratch on the diamond. Well we're going onto the next city! Debating between Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Columbus!

Nyssa smiles as she adds the last bit. To think she'd finally found her Mother and had been reunited with her only to be away from her still on Mother's day... Oh how she missed her mother already... but would she be able to find a place to call home without her?
Nyssa sighs as she shakes her head and presses a snowflake postage stamp to the card then looks over and smiles at the Chicago Skyline she saw on the back of the postcard...
"Jacob... would you come read this please before I put it in the mail?"Nyssa called standing next to one of those public postal drop boxes.
Nyssa took in a deep breath and wondered if the air was cleaner here in Sacremento... "Oh think we can try to get into Fairytale Land?" Nyssa asked with a giggle, after all so many seemed to think she was a child.... that's what happens when you're 4'11....
