Jolene gives Robert a firm handshake, "it's no problem, it's not your fault he has no manners. Bless 'is heart." To Nyda's question she replies, " it should be here any minute."
Nyda nods. "Ok great. Guess we should get to the park entrence then huh?"
She smiles again at Robert and gives the little dog one more pat. "It was nice meeting you Robert but steak calls and I am starving. Call me if no one claims him ok?"
She then starts the stroll back to the entrence.
he smiles to them both and shifts the weight of the dog to be able to carry it back to his truck more easily.
"Well it was nice meeting you two ladies. i need to get this guy back to the truck and drop him off so I can get my shift over with."
He gives them polite nods and looks to Nyda. "And I'll give you a call in a few days if we don't find anything. It's always better that they go to good homes."
Giving them one last wave and adjusting the net he starts back through the park towards his truck to leave the two ladies to catch their cab.
Jolene gives Robert a wave goodbye as he walks off with his catch then turns to follow Nyda to the entrance of the park.
When the cab gets there she tells the driver, "any where with a decent steak and cold beer," and hops in the back.
Nyda follows Jo into the cab, anticipating a hardy meal.
