"Sounds good," Derek says. "Given the time frame, the Seasons might be the best bet. Maybe there's enough room on their grounds for the athletic events..."
Derek's mind is elsewhere, thinking of possible prizes he might be able to arrange. Soon enough, though, he gets the meeting back on track. He, Alice and Juno divide up some tasks, with Alice insisting on taking on a lot of them herself. "That's fine," he thinks. "She can take the credit for arranging things. As long as everything goes smoothly, she's welcome to that."
