Noel had arrived in the city two days ago now and was ready to take a look around the city properly, leaving his flat and out into the street closing the door behind him, he takes a straight walk to the small park a couple blocks away, in his mind it was a good start as any.
Walking up to the park he saw the sign that said, Stanford Park, it was small compared to some of the parks the city had but it was nice Noel walked into it and looked around.
A smile spreads over Noels usual stone like face and he breaths in deep he sits down on the grass and pulls out a folded news papper from his jacket pocket.
"Now then let have a look here shall we whats been going on currently, hmmm interesting."
Noel starts to flick through the pages reading the paper while every so often raising his head to look around.
After he finish reading the paper he sighs looks around and puts the paper away and starts to walk off to into the the town looking around.

Jeremiah walks down the road analyzing as he does. Some of the people looked oblivious, others marginally more. Others thought they were special or had delusions of grandeur. His brown eyes scan dully as he walks. A day off, great nothing to doooo...

Noel see's a man walking down the road he stood out, not for his looks but by the way he was acting, everyone else he could see were busy walking around, heading to jobs or home, but they were doing something, this guy looked board, it wasn't offen Noel did this but he walked up beside the man to get a better look at him.

Mickey Wilder decides to go for a walk and see what's up. After failing to find any of his past associates, he ends up in a park, which he figures is as good a place as any to wander around and waste time. He's used to passing time.
As he walks along, Mickey ignores the glances from others, being used to them. He'd like to think some of them were admiring his well-muscled build, but he knew that probably wasn't true, both because of the loose, bulky black hoodie he wore and because as likely as not, they were looking at him because he was a dwarf.
Just over 4 feet tall, Mickey has the shortened limbs typical of people with congenital dwarfism, though not to as extreme a degree as some. Likewise, his features aren't as rough as those of some dwarves, but they still aren't quite like those of most people. He has brown hair and hasn't shaved for a couple days. Along with the hoodie he wears kids' high-top sneakers and a pair of well-worn jeans. The jeans fit pretty well, but only because Mickey had hemmed them. When you're his size, you had to learn to do basic alterations if you didn't want to look like a complete bum in everything you wore.

Jeremiah's head turns to look at the man that has walked up beside him.
He's tall.
I wonder if he got it from his mother or father. Or if it is a hormonal condition.
"Can I help you?" he asks calmly.
Is that a dwarf? His mind jumps to another odd fellow there.

Walking along, Mickey notices two guys, one of them really, really tall.
After a few moments, he realizes with some degree of embarrassment that he's stopped to look at the guy's unusual size, not unlike how people tend to look at him.
He turns away and considers just heading on his way and minding his own business, but then he sees a group of teens off in the distance, two of whom are pointing at him. Glancing back at the big guy, he grins, then walks toward the two men.
"If people are going to stare, might as well give them something to look at," he thinks.
Noel looks at Jeremiah and smiles.
"No, well unless you want to, I just saw you other there and you looked rather board, it interested me how anyone can be baord when they have an entire city full of entertainment, it is impossible to have done everything."
Noel then notices the rather short man walking towards them, smileing he nods to the new comer.
"Hello."

Jeremiah pauses. "Entertainment to who though?
He looks at the smaller man approaching them and smiles slightly.
"Hello"
