After their meeting with the Prince, Konstantin and Jayant plan to hunt down Mairsil and bring him - in one state or another - before the prince, to answer charges made by another vampire.
First, though, Konstantin checks his phone, having received some messages while with the Prince.

|
Konstantin reads a text message from Elanah, calls her and tells her he will drop by as soon as he can but needs to check other messages first.
He's about to check the next messages when his phone rings. "Hello?"
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Jayant follows his friend from the meeting, quite ready to get this done and while he waits for Konstantin, he checks the missed call.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
After finihsing his rather strange conversation with Elanah, Jayant stands by and waits for Konstantin.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Checking his watch, Jayant turns to Konstantin.
"My friend, the night draws on. We should proceed swiftly."
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
"Right now would be good, Mairsil," Konstantin says, arching a thick brow. "Where would you like to meet?"
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Jayant furrows his brows in confusion.
He's never considered calling his prey before hunting.
Must be an Invictus thing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Konstantin looks at the phone in confusion for a bit before hanging it up.
"Is strange, Jayant," he says, looking confused. "He said he wanted to meet, but when I asked where, phone went dead. Is very strange."
He notices a text from Charlie and texts a response as quickly as he can with his big fingers. Finishing with that, he turns back to Jayant.
"We can go look for him, but let us go see what Elanah wanted first. Perhaps we will stumble upon him along the way."

"Interesting. Perhaps someone beat us to it. I sincerly hope that is not the case. Elanah you say? I've just has an intriguing coversation with her myself, asking about antique weaponry."
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
"Hm," he muses. "I do not know what she wished to speak with me about. Well, no matter. Let us go and speak with her together."
End Scene; Action moves to Elanah's place.
