Two women in jewel toned business suits with classy and small name tags indicating that one was Marie and one was Latoya were circulating in the hall, escorting parties one by one to the back room. There was a tall man with light brown hair and an expensive suit holding a small electronic device at a podium set beside the door. In order to enter the event, one had to give him their name and be admitted by him.
