(Blood Hunt): The club

[Verity Carmen]

The Seneschal had told her where to meet and when so Verity, both a little excited and feeling no small amount pressure arrives swiftly. Her Auburn locks falls in effortlessly messy waves around her shoulders, misty green eyes shadowed in Purple, lips painted likewise. Verity had blended a few styles together to create a look both appropriate for clubbing yet enticing enough to show of her curves, assets and perfectly symmetrical self.
Boots, leather a little fancy with the roses on them, heeled. Pants, leather and basically spray painted on and a Belt that clasps with two golden roses rides her hips.
Now the Dress had been a surprising choice but it gave the air of a women going rouge when paired with the leather of her lower half. and Jacket. Her Jacket was her Biker one, thick, still figure hugging, but meant to cushion the impact if she fell off while riding.

She parked her mini van several streets over, and walked the rest. As she approaches Verity moves false life through the veins and her body blushes with life, the pallor of her foundation muting the effect somewhat. Getting in was no Problem, not for this or any self respecting Daeva. Once inside Verity breathes in the life of the place, sound, scent, temperature. None of it quiet right but it reminds her of so many nights before.

Scanning the room for her quarry or Jennifer Verity will grab a drink, leaning on the bar to look around. Getting the lay of the land before beginning her show in Ernest.

Club Entropy is a popular club in the red-light district, and it is doing good business tonight. There is a bar when one walks in. There is a large dance floor, full of moving bodies. In the back of the room is a short staircase with a velvet rope in front of it. The interior of the club is slow, tonight. There are only five Kine present, three women who are moving together towards the bar. There are two men already sitting at the bar, drinking. They glance towards Verity at her entrance. What do you do?

Jennifer dressed for blending into the crowd. She had a strong opinion that with Verity present, that would be possible. Jennifer dressed in black. Although she took special care within her haven to adhere SFX skin over her gruesome scar. Then the bulky scarf was carefully pinned in place.

Jennifer had visited the exterior of the club when someone else related to the Blood Hunt was reeled in. Jennifer drifts slowly, with a graceful, lady - like presence. Not many people here tonight. Is it the violence and death at the hospital, or kidnappings by the nightclub?
Jennifer looked for a low traffic corner and slowly turned, dividing the room into a grid and looking for the hatchet faced women. She began with the area behind the bar. There were more people there.

Only five? Verity breathes in once more, air moving through lungs that function for the moment, and as she exhales her blood sings its song to those around the bar a sweeping unseen force that pulls the spotlight to the Daeva who smiles wide.

'So who's gonna buy a girl a drink?' She looks from man to man to the group of approaching women where her alluring gaze settles. 'Hey.' grins wider still. 'Girls night out on the town?' Verity examines the faces and responses of each, giving a flirty wink to which ever would be considered prettiest.

The mortals seem to respond well to the Daeva, drifting closer. The bartender looks up, slightly irrited at his patrons, and his tips wandering off. Yet seeing the Daeva, he relaxes and wipes down the bar, where he can steal obvious glances at the Kindred.
The people remain close to Verity, one of the women responding. "What? Oh, no. Just out drinking. My sister was saying I shouldn't, 'cause of the kidnapping. Yet carpe diem, right?"
The doorway opens as Verity is speaking and someone steps in, the view momentarily blocked by the two men moving closer to Verity.

Jennifer remains quiet and still. The Nosferatu does her best to remain uninteresting to the other patrons.
I am here to spot the criminal. Then hopefully apprehend her. It is an embarassassment that other Kindred are not participating. Just what to do about them?

A Jennifer takes a moment to rein in her thoughts, she spots the door open through the crowd of people falling under the Daeva's spell.

That's right, come on now, come to me. The first steps of her faux hunt in place kine already drawn in, eyes on her. This why I tend to avoid hunting in clubs, its so easy. The Daeva is all smiles and laughs, the same show she puts on when doing the rounds at court.

'Yeah definitely something like that.' I wonder what the Latin for night is? Verity makes to move her little band of sycophants to the bar which she puts her back to, the better to see the room. 'So what are we drinking tonight?' If they are here and want to hunt they'll have to pry someone away from me or go into the back. Either way it should make there moves a little harder. Eyes still casting around. Taking in as much as she can. 'Nice place, surprised its not packed out.' Of course the kidnappings that's why a I'm here as lookout. Why the kine need a distraction.

The mortals continue to adore Verity, following her every move. She is now the center of the world and impossible to miss. The club remains sparsely populated. What could be the reason? Likely the kidnapping and subsequent excitement in the car outside of the club. Only one person enters the door. She is hatchet - faced and blonde. A Beast rings out from her.

She looks around the room for a moment and her eyes hit on Verity. Two unknown Beasts observe one another. The woman is BP 2

Jennifer stays still and quiet for a moment as she looks over Verity's actions. As the woman walks in, Jennifer knows that she is likely unknown to the woman due to her skill in a certain Blood Gift. Jennifer thought to remain calm, yet her composure uncharteristically abandoned her.
