Jennifer gives a nod of acknowledgement to the Prince, showing that she understands the meaning of the nod. Although Jennifer wanted to give time for the conversation to reach a satisfying conclusion.
Dark eyes regard the topic of the Prince's correction. She is composed as she regards him, looking to see how he reacts.

Jennifer gives a short look to Priscus Baker. Greetings and an answer, yet not much to work on.
"Do you intend to change anything this month?" Her Cursed voice inquired of Priscus Baker.

Helen is given a look. A dissatisfied expression is allowed to show on Jennifer's face. Her calm composure allowed to signal her thoughts at this time.

Verity slides back into the group keeping quiet, trying to pick up on the threads of the conversation. Hands in her pocket’s frustration and a subtle smile of admiration play across her face, contesting for dominance.

Dark eyes watch with disinterest as groups form and split.

Some would make allies this night, and some had already made enemies.

And some, well, some lacked a basic understanding of etiquette.

All in all, a typical Court.

An inked hand made a gesture and Gabriel appeared at her side to hand her a folder, and then just as quickly, disappear. She made a good choice with him as a Ghoul, a wise investment. The folder was opened, and a pen glides across what one can assume is paper. Cain remained ever on alert in front of his master, not moving, not blinking.

Catching the look from Jenn, then looking to who she was speaking with, the Savage wonders how this conversation will go. Maybe they’ll be some entertainment after all.

Dark brown eyes watch the Mekhet Priscus for a moment. The moments stretch. Her gaze turns to the Reeve and she waits quietly again.
Jennifer glances towards the Alder Lady Prince, marking the Prince's expression. The newcomer approaches and joins the quiet group. Jennifer gives a nearly imperceptible nod to Verity Carmen.

"I will never understand the need to come to this fine place, join a group in discussion and then stare in silence." She states in her Cursed voice. "If one wishes to be involved, one should be involved. I tire of this."

Jennifer quits the silent staring group and walks towards Alessandra.
"Alder Lady Prince." She greets with a respectable curtsy.

[Verity Carmen]

After the ego bruising she had received at the skilled hands of Priscus Jacque, Verity had hoped for an easier conversation to slide into, she could only take so much in one evening. She sort of got what she wanted. It was easy, because there didn't seem to be a conversation going on.

She returns the Seneschals nod with a weak smile, hoping that will suffice.

Turning to who she has left she examines the standing corpses, thinking back to whatever she can recall drifting across the space while she had conversed with the Priscus.

'So Reeve Kingsley who are these guests that need interrogating?.' That was easily the most interesting thing that had stood out.

Scott Price, I thought the post was well written. I have sent the post that you had written to your inbox so that you do not lose the work. Of course, she overhears what Jenn says to those around her. There was no privacy in Elysia. But she was still a bit surprised that the Haunt said anything. Ale had noticed this over the past couple months, but was content to see if it played itself out, or if it required her touch.

As Jenn approached, a warm smile appears at the greeting, “Lady Seneschal, good evening! You’re looking quite stunning in that dress; we should talk tailors.” Ale had her own, but clearly the Haunt had found herself a good one too. “I would ask how the evening has found you, but I think I already know.” A quiet chuckle, “That aside, how have you been?” the folder closed so she could give her attention to Jenn.

I'm putting this here, but the doors of Formal Court are CLOSED. If the first post is read, it states this fact. As such, I am going to ignore someone magically entering Formal Court...for now.

Al was still pondering the question when the Seneschal left the conversation. It was true that he had been quite a bit... less focused than he should be and that needed to change. The question was how exactly. His thoughts were interrupted by a new arrival and the fight against the urge to run out of the building. After a longer session of meditation he approached the table where the stranger was seated.

"Good evening, sir. It seems you might need some directions, might you not?"
