Eddie sits down at his computer, making a list of questions. Some are gaps in the report he had been handed. Little details that maybe could shed some light, give a little further insight. Some were probably just indulging in his own idle curiosity, but hey you never know where you find a useful little trail of breadcrumbs. And some were related to a few wild theories he had. Little more than random shots in the dark, and while most shots in the dark missed entirely, every now and then they hit a bullseye.

MICHAEL FORTEN
Biographical details before Johns Hopkins. High school? Hometown? Ect.
Arrest in Baltimore. Were the charges dropped? Was he acquitted? If dropped, does it look like strings were pulled or where the charges BS?
Disappearance of a woman. What were the details? (Signs of a struggle? When? Where?) Why was he questioned? Was he ever a suspect? Was the case ever closed?
How long has he been in town?
Was he anywhere else between being in Baltimore and coming here?
Check for possible relations to Matthew Forten.

Owns soup kitchen, parking garage, Rapture nightclub, and warehouse. Strange combination. Any other holdings in town? What about the antique shop? How long have they owned each property? Do they have holdings outside of Sacramento?
When was the company formed? Do they own any subsidiaries? Are they a subsidiary? Any corporate shell game shenanigans?
Soup Kitchen address unknown. Could be key. Find address.
Check map marking known holdings, is there any geometric pattern? Possible ley lines or other occult shit behind where their holdings are.
Check history of each location as well. Any history of violence, occult activity, etc.?
Is the antique shop owned for Forten personally and not held by BN? If so, why?

He looked it over. It seemed thorough. Some of it might be out of reach or require too much effort and time for too little information. But it was a good starting list. He highlighted the lines related to his current theories - long shot theories, but that was the best they had at the moment. Hopeful this info would help narrow the field.

It was early in the night. He had no other plans or commitments. He had until sunrise to work on this. Eddie settled in and the steady click clack of his keyboard filled the air as he began to work.

Biographical details before Johns Hopkins. High school? Hometown? Ect.- There were a handful of ‘Michael Fortens’ found – one in California and one in Philadelphia. The years would match for Forten in Philadelphia.

Eddie finds out that the charges were dismissed. There was no other information recorded about the arrest online.

There was only a newspaper article that was located: A report on the vanishing of Ashley Frances Grey. Ms. Grey, a sixteen-year-old high school student, was kidnapped from a local store. There was a witness who identified a man of Michael Forten’s likeness. No sightings of the young woman were made known. Michael Forten denied to supply an alibi for four days, until he gave an alibi to the police. This reporter does not know the details of the alibi, yet the police released Michael Forten. Ashley Grey has never been found.
Is the antique shop owned for Forten personally and not held by BN? – Eddie discovers a valid lease agreement in Forten’s name.
Eddie should do further research on the other inquiries. There was little coming up in his results.
