Sonnie activated the light on her helmet, and then proceeded to spend several moments playing around with it. This was mainly her shining the lamp onto a wall and making the light spot dance around with rapid head movements. Once that was out of her system, and before she gave herself a neck injury, she joined the others in entering the East Tunnel.
Being a Beast, she had access to certain Contracts that would help in places like this. For example: Magically-enhanced senses!

Even tactile sensations were stronger, though that could be irritating depending on what she touched.
Beast's Keen Senses activated. Sonnie gains a +4 dice bonus to all Wits-related Perception rolls for the scene.
That done, she peered at the rocks ahead.
