Albert has spent some time staking out the building in question. Having participated in the planning meeting, he knew what the plan had been set. Now Albert knows something about the enemies plans. Time has past. A letter from another investigator has been sent to Albert with information. How shall he put this all together?
What does Albert Baker do?

Al thought. There were many options available and some were more promising than others. All had the problem that he'd need help sooner or later. Baiting the biggest fish was out of the question, he didn't have the skills for that and was almost defenseless in case of a trap. So the options left were looking through the camera footage or trying to tail the man with the leaflets, the latter bearing the risk of the mark being able to move by day and thus escape unhindered.
After a while he finished contemplating. Catching the leaflet man was promising and thus he once again took post near the warehouse and waited for the mark.

Albert set up near the warehouse. Where did he set up? Did he remain still, playing on his phone to appear to be waiting for someone? Did he try to hide himself from sight? How close did he position himself to the warehouse?

Al tried to appear as if waiting for someone which he actually was. He had positioned himself in a side alley where he could watch the warehouse entrance without being immediately seen and posed as a walker who got lost, wearing the purple track suit, a matching baseball cap and running shoes with Nordic walking sticks.
Trying to be sneaky

The first evening, Albert waited until about 1 AM. He notes the back door open and two men step out to converse briefly outside of the warehouse. The taller man is BP 4. The second man does not appear to be displaying a Beast,yet he could be obfuscating one. The conversation lasts only moments before the taller man turns and heads back into the warehouse, the door closing behind him. The second man pauses and looks around the area for a moment. He appears to be taking careful attention of his surroundings. He turns and begins to walk at an average pace away from the warehouse. He carries a black messenger bag.
What do you do?

Al waited until the first man had disappeared into the warehouse again and the second one had taken his look around. Once his mark had moved a bit he slowly began following him at a distance. He tried to be both unnoticed by his mark and not making it obvious for 'civilians' what he was doing.
Still trying to be sneaky

Albert follows this unknown man for about fifteen minutes. He follows him into the area where some late night carousers are exiting a bar. The man pauses, gets some papers from his bag. The man begins to speak loudly in front of the bar. The bar has good foot traffic. So good that Albert notes someone will likely notice him or brush by Albert if Albert gets to close to the unknown man.
"Are you troubled, friend?" He speaks directly to a tall man and his pudgier friend as they exit the bar. "Do you drink to ward off troubling thoughts? Can't live up to expecatations? I have a group that could help you." He speaks more conversational now, holding out a sheet to each man individually. The men pause. The speaker is persuasive.
"Call me Cal," The man says more quietly. He continues to speak quietly to the two men, yet Albert cannot quite hear what is being said.

Al figured that getting too close would be quite unfavourable to the mission, so he kept a distance. He couldn't hear everything that was being said but as it was clearly the subject 'at work', getting the whole sales pitch wasn't exactly necessary at this point. Keeping an eye on the group he began writing a text just in case things might get ugly later.

Albert observes. The man speaks to the two men who accept the flier and place it in a pocket. They speak quietly for some time. The tone appears friendly. The two men move on in ten minutes.
As the men move on, 'Cal' begins to shout again. "Do you feel lonely? Unsure of your place? I have a meeting with people who can guide you to your purpose in life. You can make a difference. You, sir. Are you making a difference?"
Most people move on without making eye contact. He does hand out a flier to a young, mousy woman with brown hair. At about 3 AM, the man Albert is following checks his watch. He tucks the flier to the door of the club. He looks around briefly. The man begins to slowly walk back towards the building Albert has been watching.
The crowd is thinner now. Albert can hang back to avoid notice, yet risk losing sight of the man. Or he can walk closer and risk being seen. What does Albert do?

Well, what now? If I lose him, I'll have nothing to report for the trouble, yet getting caught wouldn't be good either... One of those decisions again...
Al decided to approach a bit with caution, as he could still try to claim being new here, having underestimated the route and needing to look for directions. With a bit of luck it wouldn't be much of a problem...
Upon noticing there apparently wasn't any camp away from the centre of operations and thus his hope that this might be relatively easy had just proven wrong he sighed. Would have been nice, but easy apparently wasn't in the range of possibilities at the moment.
