Whip Wells has been around for some time now. He has volunteered to assist in an investigation that I am also a part of, hopefully we work well together.

He has volunteered to assist in the investigation I am a part of, which I appreciate. I do wish that he would communicate more. He seems glad to chat casually in Elysium, yet he doesn't make clear his thoughts or what he is doing in the investigation so far. I hope this will change in the months to come.
