Elanah walked into her new home. It was a small home with two bedrooms a laundry closet and a bathroom downstairs and a living room and kitchen/dining room upstairs. It was located just inside the Rack which was nice as well. Close to the hub of her people.

Elanah felt lucky, first time Craigslist had ever worked for her. Contract for deed, any upgrades would be taken off the final price. She was happy with it. She walked down stairs and into the front bedroom and set down her stuff. The house was furnished already. The owner said it was his brothers house but he died of a drug overdose so the Owner wanted to get rid of it. She had asked the Owner if there was anything in the house and his response was that the place came with everything in it. Which wasn't much...

A bed and dresser, Washer & Dryer, couch, table, stove and fridge. It was enough though. It was more then enough for her. She new she wanted it when she walked through the place. Elanah moved to the back bedroom and looked at the thick carpet, it would need to go. The walls were a disgusting olive green color that needed to go, as well.

Elanah walked back into the hall way and looked down, the reason she wanted this place. She didn't know what was down there but whatever it was it had potential to be what she wanted. She took out her Dustar knife and began cutting away the carpet stripping it down. There was a hatch under the carpet. She lifted the hatch and looked down. She couldn't see much. She went to her kit and pulled out a flashlight. She shined the light down into the pitch.

She saw rotting plants, lots of rotting plants. "Hmm looks like this guy was doing more then just using." Elanah went upstairs and grabbed a roll of garbage bags.

"At least I don't have to breath" as she dropped down into the hidden room and began bagging up the moldy cannabis and cleaning the mess. Once done with that she closed up the room and began flipping through a phone book to find a locksmith, a security company and an animal shelter. "Home sweet home..." is all she thought as she began ringing the locksmith.
