At The Hospital

[Frost]

Asia gets out of her car and makes the long walk through the parking garage to the hospital entrence. She'd found out where they were keeping Crunk and wanted to visit him to make sure he was comfortable. She knew he might still be unconscious or still be touch and go, but the attack had scared her and she did not want Spring to lose their Soverign just after the new year.

Entering the hospital, Asia walks up to the information desk and tries to get the attention of one of the aids. She looks around, hoping someone will be able to give her the information she seeks.

The smell of disenfectant hangs thick in the air while the walls are painted an off-beige. It is very dowdy and a little depressing, but then again, who comes to the hospital for fun?

A man in his early-thirties is sat at the desk while looking at a computer monitor, tapping away at the keyboard. Situated around the information area are a large number of posters reminding passers-by to keep their hands clean by using anti-bacterial hand-gel. There is a dispenser nearby.

Asia taps on the desk to get the man's attention.

"Excuse be." She says quietly, leaning forward. "I amb here to see a Br. Crunk. Can you direct be to his roomb?" She signs as she speaks, hoping he will understand the slight speech impediment. She looks around to see if there is anyone else about in case the man ignores her or doesn't know what she's talking about.

The man looks up from the monitor with an actual genuine smile.

"Of course, one moment please." There was actual winter cheer in his tone. He taps away at the keyboard. Frown. More tapping.

"Mr. Crunk, you say? Are you certain about that." He makes sure to keep eye contact.

Asia can recall a news report that may have given the name of King Crunk.

Asaia smiles and shakes her head with embarrassment. "Sorry, was thinking of his stage nabe. It's Br. Avery...." She hopes the guy doesn't think she's a total moron.

The receptionist looks away and types away before addressing Asia once again.

"Ah, here we go! Mr. Avery is in one of our private rooms on Donovan." He leans out of his seat, across the counter to direct Asia where the elevators are.

"I would hurry, mind. Visiting finishes soon and the nurses can be quite pedantic about such things."

[Frost]

Asia nods. "Thank you."

She heads for the elevaters and hits the button for the right floor. Once she hits her floor, she steps out and looks around for the nurses station. She didn't know the room number, so she began to walk down the hall, looking into the little windows to find Crunk.

There are a few nurses on duty but they seem too busy to notice yet another visitor to the ward. The one thing that does catch Asia'a eye however is the massive form of Big Swilla, sitting in a very small chair outside one of the rooms.
