With the way most nutjobs are, he wouldn't be surprised if the culprit was hiding somewhere, enjoying the grim sight of the confusion he caused.
People got hurt, and although nobody had died... yet, he could tell that eventually things could get pushed too far.
He crouches to the ground, his hands rummaging through the debris and the shards of glass, while he juggles in his mind the imago of a spell.
Just like those carnival soothsayers, he hopes to catch a glimpse of truth within the debris.

Within all the chaos around him, Winter reached across the Abyss to find some order. After a few moments of sifting through the shards of glass he knew he had to stop. Then it was just a matter of looking at the result, but not too hard.. there: the jagged edges of glass pointed towards the door he just came from and scattered among the destruction he could make out a word: Zack.

Filled with determination to get to the bottom of this Winter went back through the door leading to the offices again. Since the walls separating the cubicles were made of glass a quick glance enabled the Guardian to find Zack and the owner. Despite the chaos outside, they have apparently moved on to finalizing the paperwork necessary for the lucky winner to receive his prize.

So when Winter barged into the office his question seemed more than justified, really.
