Tiny listens, trying to understand the thought process behind the Anshega on the ground. Was he saying that he couldn't leave because of obligations, or because his pack would kill him. Was he speaking from duty, or from fear? The pack had told of turning an anshega before. Every option should be considered.

Bird looks back at the pack. "It's this way," he nods his head east. "Whenever y'all ready." Bird's not just being polite. His meaning is clear: in his humble opinion, it's time to wrap this the fuck up and get the fuck out.
Turns back in the direction of the Locus and begins pushing further that way. Stealthily trying to finds its precise location, moving closer to the gas station and the houses.

"Other side is safe," she mutters, helping Chris to the point Bird points out. The others could deal with the Pure, she ad her job to do. "If you wanna keep an eye on our friend there, I got this one," She offers to Tiny. He was big on the laws, after all, and while Bleeds was all about the spirit of the law (Ha.... hi-larious) Tiny was well into the Judge side of his Auspice's path.
"Quite the ray of sunshine, ain'tcha?" she quits to Bird with a wry smirk. "Going over," she mutters, propping up the Irakka. She lets the Spiritual energy slip the way rather than struggling. This was too important to screw up.
Not sure how bad Chris is, but if I can spend essence for him as well, she will and I can add that next post.

Bleeds Well stares at the figure. If only I could...
"There is a third option..." One that would grant the figure hospitality and protection. Bleeds Well doesn't give the option voice. Something catches in his throat. The memory of family lost. If the foresworn wishes to take up Luna's Oath once more, he's no where to find Clarion's Call.
He stands vigilant as the pack sets-off towards the locus. Then waits to cross until everyone has disappeared into the hisil.

Hector has his eyes on Aaron still. They flick one to where the pack has gathered, now leading off Chris - not just away but off into the Hisil: a dangerous path, sure, but probably a safer one after their epic run across town.
His Beta speaks, laying out a veiled offer of hospitality.
Inwardly, Hector kicks himself for not thinking of that. He's a damn Cahalith! The wolf from another pack should have been honoured with a place at their table, where he could regale them with news of his pack and stories of their exploits! Too late now, if he formally voiced the offer it might look like he was weak.
Besides, surely Aaron would have asked for a place to rest if he felt that tired. Hector experiences a flash back to when he was a pup under Max Roman's protection: travelling the Rocky protectorate to visit each of the major pack's in turn; learning one story from each and passing on one story from another pack. His part in maintaining the ties that bound the protectorate together. He hadn't needed to ask...
Only now comes the stark reflection: California is not the Colorado Rockies.
He tilt's his head, wondering if Aaron can unpack the Beta's meaning and Hector's unspoken support of the offer.

It's hard to tell if it is Fear or Duty that drove the Pure on the ground to say what he did. Either way he sounded resigned to his apparent fate.
Following that odd feeling that can't be described Bird leads those that follow to the back of the gas station. The back door door is unlocked. Down the stairs the locus resides in a shadowed room. Oppression and Violence seem to hang in the air from the locus itself.
To those that step across the Hisil within the basement looks like something out of a silent hill game. The walls are rotting, the smell of death hangs in the not-air, the only light comes from the stairway out. At the top of those stairs there is no door. Instead it looks like the doorway was ripped open at some point. This is not a basement, this is a home of something. Though that something is not present thankfully. The broken and gnawed on bones in the corners of the room speak to its nature though.
Chris grunts as he forms in the Hisil next to Emily. Then his eyes go wide and the Crescent can feel the Talon start to shake with fear.
Back in the material world Aaron looks between Bleeds Well and Hector. "The hard path. One of Glory and Redemption but filled with pain." A pause. "Presuming that you aren't talking of ending him like your Irraka wants to." It's said deadpan though with a hint of sarcasm at the end.
"If that is your plan I would like to help if only for a short time. Our pack relies on the five Auspices to balance each other. I help keep that balance in check. Otherwise things get.. loud. Talon loud."
Anyone crossing over can roll and Int+Occ -3 check to get a sense of what's going on in the Hisil basement

"Thanks Em." Tiny says, as he watches over the Talons and the defeated man. His new oaths swirl in his mind. Offer no surrender you would not accept. Treat each spirit in kind. And Uratha were half spirit, and that in Tiny's mind, rounded up.
He appraoches the defeated man, a scrawled phone number on a sheet of paper. "When you want to talk." He shoves it in the coat pocket of the defeated Pure.
"So you can come with us, and face the hard path, or you can go home, and face the path of pain. But regardless, know this. I see you as Uratha." And with that, he leaves to follow Chris. If he wants to follow, Bleeds will take care of him. If he attacks, Bleeds will take care of him, and he if retreats, well, maybe when he has a chance to think things over, Tiny might get a call.
He steps through the Gauntlet to the other side.

Bird finds his way into the basement; ever watchful, ever careful.
The place just feels bad. It puts Fa-ninna on edge. If he'd had his way, the Irraka might have waited to cross over. But Emily and Chris have already faded through to the other side. If there's something awful waiting for them, Bird can't leave the blue-haired wolf on her own with an injured comrade.
"Shit..." he mutters and crosses the gauntlet to join them.
What he finds there seems appropriate given the vibe on the daylight side of things. Not good, but appropriate.
He glances at Emily and says nothing, just shakes his head. Continues to scan the space for some indication of what, exactly, they've walked into.

Too focused on her Packmate to notice the Hisil, Emily doesn't notice anything but the shaking Chris. That makes her very uneasy - she hadn't known the Blood Talon be afraid of anything.
"Uh... c'mon buddy, stay with me. We get you back to somewhere safe, I can fix you right up, 'kay?" She props him back up gently, looking over his wounds again. He was healing up.... right?
