An investigation is being conducted into a jackal of unknown affiliation, if indeed they are Kindred at all. Details are limited but they may have proficiency with changing shape, speed, stealth, or equivalent abilities and skills. So far, they have targeted and killed the living Kine of several legitimate Kindred hunts.

Those with information that may be related to this jackal or its victims are requested to come forward and meet at (location/time) for the purpose of finding its means and motivations.
