Campanella flows into the Circle with his coat flapping and fanning out around him as he moves. He is walking swiftly, with his collar up and his head down, in an attitude of studious disinterest. He walks right up to the choir where the Consilium regularly sits before stopping and taking stock of his environment.
"Good to see you all. Anything new to report?"
His words were meant for the group, rather than any individual. The Moros sincerely hoped not - the comparative peace was wonderful; and it gave them an opportunity to clear out other threats that had lingered for too long.
Campanella's eye was first captured by the food on offer. He went collected for himself a portion of key lime pie.
"More gifts?" He inquired of Guru
"I didn't know you were a man of such taste." He spoke to Anima as they jostled for cutlery and plates.
Eulogy received a polite inclination of the head. The new Moros had found his way to the Circle - good.
Pie in hand, he moved across to support Kaze with the captivating newcomer Crystal
"If you have found your way here, then yes. The building preserves it secrets and only those sufficiently Awake can perceive the signs."
Arriving a bit later than others it seemed still these meetings were mainly to keep tabs on things both for herself and her order in case Phoenyx would miss one. Taking a calming breath as she enters into the halls, flicking her hand over her eyes.
Pulse of the living world
Eyes looking out over the ones collected there thus far, waving a bit to them all. Her clothing quite the norm of what it had been since the cold of autumn had started to get it's claws in the weather.
Looking over the gathered masses, seems like there were two new faces here. Making her way over Crystal, looking into his eyes.
"Welcome to Sacramento, I do hope you will have a calm and pleasant stay. Should you notice anything that might be a threat kindly report it to either myself or first talon Phoenyx, be careful to follow the rules and all will be good." Eyes looking over him for a second, he was quite handsome "I am talon Skye, might I inquire as to what to call you?"
A look towards the other newcomer, not really saying anything to him, it seemed like he had met others here before instead choosing to wait whilst putting his appearance into memory.
Walking up to the pies, taking one piece of each and splitting them in two placing one half of each on another plate and walking over to Kaze handing him one of the plates.
"Wanna share?" Best way to taste both without eating to much.
Naga strode in, dressed as sharply as she usually was in a fine grey pantsuit that would probably be reserved for the courtroom of a major trial. A briefcase was carried in her left hand, and her hair was worn up.
"Hello, everyone. Hope I'm not late," the Warlock smiled at those already gathered as she made her way to her usual seat.
An Acanthus is neither late nor early. He arrives when he intends to. So when did Puck intend to arrive? Before he was late of course.
Smiles and nods were offered silently as he strode into the Circle of Creation. Unlike some he merely chose to wear jeans and a white t shirt with a black hoodie over it. This guy isn't here to turn heads, not that he could if he wanted to with all the charismatic personas in the house. Speaking of personas?
"I'm Puck." Chin up and smile at the new people. He doesn't break his stride as he goes over to check out the food. A sigh escapes though when he sees a perfectly good pie ruined with pecans.
"So what's new with people?" Now he's just having a seat in one of the pews. Nice thing about walking around with Fate rituals? You get to be picky. "Did I miss the intros?"
His eyes flick back to Eulogy and Crystal.
There were many people entering the circle and judging by the way Kaze spoke so freely about Orders and Paths it was safe to assume they were all Awakened.
"Thanks, I'm Crystal." It seemed the Obrimos was not a man of many words. "Mastigos of the Alae Draconis."
He scanned the incoming Mages and a few stood out.
First, Aurora. Gorgeous and fashionable? What's not to like. He gave her an approving look and smiled. "Hi to you, too."
Next was someone who was apparently also new. He wasn't as conventionally attractive as some of the others present, but Crystal's look lingered quite a bit on the bearded man. The Mastigos wasn't taking the bait of introducing himself just yet though.
Another man, this one looking scholarly and important. Crystal offered Campanella the most polite nod he could muster. He learned the hard way that when it comes to important looking Awakened you better were safe than sorry. "Hi, I'm Crystal - new in town."
There were some other pretty faces showing up, and Crystal returned every greeting with a subtle and appropriate greeting in return. Then he decidedto play hard to get for a bitnot to interfere with any important discussions the established Mages may have and turned to Kaze again. "Would you be so kind and point any other mystagogues or Mastigos my way? I'll be just over there."
The Unaligned seemed so diligent, Crystal felt like he could depend on him for that task. Then he moved away to a less crowded part of the room.
So I'll just go ahead and create a side-thread so that the queue gets cleared up a bit and everyone can get in more than an entrance?
Continued in this thread.
Nods and smiles were given to those who entered.
Introducing others was not her thing, if people want to introduce themselves, they would.
Taking another sip from her cup, she hears one of the new guys mention the Mysterium. So she stands, and walks over. No thought given to her jacket, double sided tape was a genius invention.
Aurora joins this conversation
Aurora's greeting is reciprocated, but before they can strike any sort of conversation the woman departs to welcome the newcomer.
He nods to Naga before he's left with the Morose Moroses and Kaze.
When forced to pick, as the other two seem busy among themselves, he decides to stay silent and take notice.
No, he won't accept Guru's food. Too many variables to consider.
Campanella said nothing as Crystal spoke of his affiliations. Instead he ate a spoonful - and then another - of key lime pie.
He finally really noticed Winter and give him a salute with his pie and spoon.
"Excuse me," he offered to no one in particular and moved to follow the newly arrived Mystogogue.
Campy moves to Crystal's conversation
“Fall finds me well Doc, but I’m rarely ever unwell. What about yourself?” He gave a wave to Kaze when he was addressed before cutting himself some of his own pie and taking a bite, looking at the two new people and waving, taking Kaze’s lead.
“Hey, I’m Guru, Shaman, also unaffiliated. Please, help yourself to pie.” Though when the one guy called out for Damian he looked around with a shrug, must be the other guy who didn’t really seem to warrant additional attention. Though when Campy walked in he smiled and offered the Moros a thumbs up. “You reminded me last meeting so I figured I’d bring treats again. It’s really not a problem, baking is mostly passive time anyway.” Though his mind went to the applications of the Time arcana on his baking, wondering if he combined Time and Life if he could instant bake a pie? Stop it Guru, you don’t need magic for that.
Guru himself wasn’t much worried about the calories, he’d just run it off later. So many new people Guru was having a hard time keeping everything straight, he’d get there eventually though. Being neither Mastigos or a Mystagoge he was staying where he was, though he couldn’t really help but listen in.
“Seems like you got some work to do Naga but mind if I bend your ear later, normal stuff, lawyer stuff.” She was a lawyer right, he had heard that, would be real embarrassing if he was wrong. He could just blame it on the drugs, being the hippie stoner could have advantages.
“Pie and Pi, tastes for all. Spring pie, summer pie, fall pie, pie for all seasons.” He pauses his musings to take a bite. Appreciative noises coming from the doctor as he turns to survey the scene.
Aurora and the former hierarch speaking to a new face, others milling he doesn’t recognize. The Lawyer Naga gets a nod. The doctors eyes linger for on her for a moment as they unfocus, and his expression goes vacant. He has questions for the lawyer, but at a later time. He clears his throat of pie crust.
Anima turns to study to the faces that find themselves in the Circle. Surely there is some interweaving of time and fate occurring, but only the supernal knows if it of signifance.
Alone for a moment he eyes scariest man in the room. “Hello Winter.”
