Pandora unlocks her car door, but before getting in, she turns and looks the place over again from a distance.

"Definitely a fixer-upper," she thinks to herself. "But on the bright side, there's virtually no way for the local FC to go but up. Good thing I'm on the Path of Scourging, though. There's probably going to be lots of adversity to face before this gets pulled together."

Getting in her car, Pandora takes out the map, looks up directions for the Wells Fargo tower, then heads there to leave a message for the Herald.
