The Circle of Creation is the gathering hub for all Pentacle mages in the Sacramento Consilium, with chapter houses for all five Orders inside.
Located east of Sacramento and far outside the prying eyes of the inner city, the Circle of Creation awaits the mages of Sacramento. Despite being a replica of the Westminster Abbey, the sleepers who come by never seem to notice it. The wards built into the structure have made sure of this. To all but the Pentacle the Circle is essentially invisible, ensuring the safety of those who enter and engage with one another. Whether it had always been here for the Awakened was hard to say now, but it was the site that the Awakened gather to mingle and discuss official matters.
This formal meeting has been called later than usual. There is no set agenda.
It is high summer. Sunlight streams through the stained glass windows, creating an interplay of late and shadow within the Circle's cool interior.
Campanella is already present, sitting in his usual seat. He is reading over a letter.
Please read this for information on Consilium, Sanctuary, and the differences. Come here to be Recognized!
As a reminder, Consilium is the official meeting but business should not be handled until after the first seven days. This is to give everyone a chance to enter the thread without missing anything. After seven days the thread is closed to new arrivals and the official business may commence.
He props himself against a column by the entrance, his pale skin glistening under a sheen of sweat and his mouth firmly attached to a cigarette, taking drag after drag.
In a certain sense, he's making up for lost time. Lost is perhaps a misnomer, as there are lessons he's taken to heart.
When he's done, he'll dispose of the cigarette butt in a plastic bag that he'll quickly stash in one of the pockets of his tracksuit. Then he enters the temple, a mop of unruly hair swerves with each of his steps. It's time for another Consilium.

These meeting never really seemed to amount to much but still it was not bad to attend them in order to get used to things and see the sometimes new people that arrived.
Walking over from the arrow wing made her commute rather short at least, her knives strapped around her leg as she takes a deep breath focusing her energies around her eyes to see the magic around not that it had ever been necessary in a meeting before but still it was better to be prepared.
Walking in and looking who was there, waving lightly to Campanella not wishing to disturb him from his reading.
Her eyes then focus on the unknown man, being the first ones here there seems to be no reason to not take chance to talk with him, walking up to him with a calm smile and relaxed body.
"Hi there haven't seen you around before, are you a new arrival or have you just been away over the summer?" Looking him over a bit "My name is Skye, would you mind telling me your name?"
Naturally she was expecting a shadow name even if hers might be easy to confuse for an actual name then again that is part of why she picked that kind of shadow name to begin.

Guru was still fairly informal for this meeting, black Addidas track pants, a white tee shirt, and of course his messenger bag filled with goodies. Stuff he could stay mobile and move in but nothing that couldn’t be destroyed if necessary. His brow furrowed as he looked at the new guy, Skye walking up to him but eyes catching sight of Campanella immediately went wide and forgot to approach the new guy. He made his way over to Camper and took a seat next to him.
“Bro, bro, bro. I think I found something you’re gonna wanna look at. You like puzzles, right?” His lips curled up into a bright smile, voice filled with utter excitement as it ran off at a thousand miles an hour as he spoke. It was clear he couldn’t contain the excitement in his heart.
It was late, but it was Formal so it was required. Whatever. Being summer, she downgraded from her leather to denim. Her hair was twisted into a messy braid, flyaways lifted and refusing to cooperate as she took her helmet off.
She doesn't quite stomp into the Circle, but she also doesn't not. Her boots are really good for this.
Copy+Paste receives an eye roll when she's spotted, and Winter gets a nod. Right, he's out now ya? Guru's acknowledgement is fleeting and neutral, and the Pinkette wanders closer to Campanella. (and the Shaman, but only because of proximity)
"Hey," she offers her voice to her Cabalmate.
She used to enjoy these gatherings. Now? Not so much.
But still, she walked in, dressed up a bit in leather pants and a blue jacket that matched her eyes. Hands shoved in the pockets as she nodded in greeting to Campanella.
Then pauses, smiling warmly to Winter, “Good to see you back. Hope you’ve been well.” Despite what he did, she still liked him.
A nod to Skye and Guru. Who seemed excited about something.
Another smile offered to Briar Rose before she finds a seat off to the side.
There are a couple of new faces that he acknowledges with a nod. Then there's Aurora, whose obsequious smile is repaid in full and Bree. "It's good to be back", he says, slowly advancing toward the front rows. "Campanella", he says.
"How are things?"
Rolling her eyes a bit, the others seemed to recognize this man but apparently he was quite the douche.
Making a gentle nod towards Briar Rose as she enters, not really sure how to come around with her so it was better to leave her alone.
Anyway she had work to take care of, a friendly wave towards Aurora as she makes her way to Guru and Campanella, waiting a bit to not make it seem like she was following the rude man and her goal was to speak with Guru not Campanella. Standing tall as she speaks with a more serious and direct voice than her usual calm and relaxed one.
"Magus Guru I have spoken with the first talon and we see no issues with allowing you to do your examination however." Taking out her phone, typing on it a bit before handing it over to him "Would you kindly give me a number to reach you on that I can pass along to her? She is interested in helping out with it believing that her skills could be of good use."
Nodding towards Campanella.
"I hope all is well with you and that the letter is an interesting one."
The lone member of the Silver Ladder appeared, strolling into the meeting place wearing a smile and an outfit composed of a glittery silver shirt under a blue leather coat, a black silk skirt and black heeled boots.
"Hello, everyone. I trust everyone else well," Naga said. Seeing Winter was present, she nodded to him as she moved to take a seat. "Out on parole, hm?"
Kaze enters wearing a smile and a black collar shirt and denim jeans and boots with tread, like for hiking. He nods respectfully to Campanella and Winter and says, "Hey." with a grin to Aurora.
He smiles at Rose, just a little so as not to provoke her with a show of cheer. Just enough to let her know he sees her there and is glad about it, not taking it for granted.
"Hey." Kaze says quietly to Guru smiling.
"Hi, Skye." he says to Skye, approaching her and offering a quick hug of greeting, if she takes it. Not too concerned if she doesn't.
He nods to Naga as he grabs a seat not next to anyone, but looking around like he doesn't mind if anyone wants to sit by him.
